Amazing Gift
We’ve had several artists draw our homes now, and each time it’s been a pleasure to work w them, and super easy. It makes such a unique gift, and nice to have as a memory in your own home. Our houses aren’t just places we live, they stick with us, and theyre part of our stories. So many memories made - why not showcase it? Harold Home was easy to work with as well. When ordering the size of the portrait…
When ordering the size of the portrait was not available. I got the smallest portrait and way smaller than the portraits I had ordered before. The portrait looks like the copy of the picture and not at all like a portrait. I have referred you to many and I am really disappointed in what I received today.

Don’t use this company
I would give zero stars if I could. Charged me before the proof was even sent out, didn’t like the proof and they were charging an extra $10 for each person that was in the picture I sent. I did not approve the proof and asked for a refund. They did not want to give me a refund because they said their art is custom. I emailed back and forth for days and finally had to get my bank involved for an unapproved charge.

I paid overnight shipping and it got shipped with standard. Tracking said it’d get here on Saturday March 21st and it is still not here yet and no tracking has been updated.

Cheap AI style filter placed ontop of photos to make it appear like painting...
I have tried to use Harold Home for years, and always hope that I will be "surprised" the next time.
Unfortunately I have to move on. With advances in technology like AI/ChaptGPT apps, its overwhelmingly clear that all Harold Home does is take the photo you sent them - add a filter on top of the picture, print it out and mail it to you in what is the absolute cheapest frame in the world. There is no "artist". No one is hand crafting this. It is a print out of your photo with a filter.
What's worse is it comes in a one-time use frame (that costs more than frames from the store)- you cant take the photo out without breaking the tabs off the back - rendering it trash. This is so you/your client doesn't see the printer bar code on the back..
My clients have all thought I was giving them a painting of their home, not a printed picture of the house with a filter on it that "blurs" it. I've actually been quit embarrassed to give these the last few times when my clients have asked "who was the painter". Just not worth it.
Spend your money on a real, local artist. Otherwise, upload your photo to ChapGPT, and say "add a water color filter to this photo" and it will give you the same.exact.result, and have it printed at CVS and add it to a frame yourself for $15 instead of $100.
