Fragrance oils
I had two fragrance oils leak during delivery, but this was resolved quickly with new bottles which I reallllly appreciate. Also, the scent is so beautiful. Really happy with the fragrance oils.

Unsatisfactory Aromas
The aromas of the fragrances are all off. They smell more like chemicals and smell odd when mixed with oils, butters, and soaps.

So sorry you weren't a fan of our fragrance oils! They are synthetic though we test in products (like soaps and lotions) to make sure they smell as accurately as possible!

Poor quality
I think this is my first order from you . The oil was a disappointment. It feels watered down . Probably wont be back . I was looking for quality from a mame people rave about . Small companies are better . And will get my business.

Some of our fragrances are a little lighter and more delicate than others and if there's green elements then it can smell a little more leafy. Our fragrances are pure though and if you ever need the testing notes (the COA) please email us at info@brambleberry.com and we'd be happy to provide those for you!

Poor quality
Did not receive the essentials oils I was charged for and kits not as expected/ quality not as expected. Company did not stand behind stating non returnable or refundable even though everything was completely intact

They are great because of their essential oils
What makes this company great is the oils you purchase, their oil is premium and unique I love it. My favorite is Lavender, I still give a 5 star , but they could ship a lil faster.

Great scents! Wish shipping was just a tad faster.
Bramble Berry has the best scents to choose from & they give really good info on how each oil will react in your cold process soap. Be sure to watch for this when ordering your oils. So helpful. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the shipping was just a tad slower than I wanted. I was eager to soap! 😆
