Not the cheapest option on the market, but performance feels stable. That matters more for me.

They have suspend my service without any notice. And says the service suspend due to law enforcement complaint. And refuse to give backup or unsuspend the server. And support give response after almost 16 hours. My client are very Angry due to this. Please don't buy his server. Very pathetic experience. Ruined my business.

They are scammer and not offshore dmca complaint provider what they pretend to inform everywhere. They will suspend the server with out any excuse or, timeframe. Also they lock the server with zero refunds. Dont fall in offshore server advertisement which they shown at various forum.

If you need stability and control, it’s a reasonable choice.

Moved to VSYS after issues with overselling at my previous provider. Here, the resources match what’s advertised — CPU performance is consistent. That was the main reason for the migration.

This is the worst company i ever worked with, i trust them and have 5 dedicated servers on their company. And i cant reach for 3 days. I dont know what happened they didnt paid the invoice of data centers or something they said that USA datacenter cuts their connection without prior notice , they are talking to attorney of data center blablabla(if you believe of course) Now i lost lots of customers, my business ruined by them. (Update) Now they are saying working on situation ( NOT TECHNICAL , LEGAL SITUATION) and i cannot reach my dedicated server from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks!

2-3 days to 2-3 weeks of NOT having service NOT reaching your servers/data/files/anything is ok for you for your business, dont hesitate to buy service from them, risk your business

I subscribed to VSYS Host’s streaming-server offering to run a small video-on-demand / radio-streaming service. The 10 Gbps NIC + unmetered 2–20 Gbps bandwidth port worked really well — I never saw buffering or bandwidth throttling even when dozens of users were streaming simultaneously. The storage and hardware felt solid, and the “custom / scalable configuration” option meant I could ask for tweaks when my audience grew. All in all — it handled streaming load reliably, which was the main thing I needed.

I purchased a server on Dec 24th and had to cancel on Dec 29th (Day 5) due to a complete failure in meeting the advertised technical specifications:

False Specs: I paid for 1Gbps, but the actual speed was nowhere near that.

Hardware Issues: The RAID was misconfigured and the CPU had constant bottlenecks, making the server unusable for professional tasks.

Legal Violation: Despite canceling within their 7-day policy and the 14-day legal window (Article 9, Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection), they refuse to refund.

Unjust Enrichment: They already terminated the service and disabled my access, yet they are holding my money. This is a direct violation of Article 1212 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Do not trust their "support help" as an excuse to keep your money. They deliver subpar hardware and then hide behind illegal internal policies to avoid refunds. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Ukrainian State Service for Consumer Protection.

The ability to pay with Bitcoin and USDT is a big plus. No unnecessary KYC hoops, everything done securely. For those who value privacy, VSYS is perfect.

The dedicated server I’m using is stable, handles load well, and ping stays low. Any time I’ve had questions, support answered.

Worst support ever. They blocked the server by mistake without warning and took almost a day to respond. Support doesn't even know their own TOS. The price/quality of the equipment is very poor + terrible support makes them the worst hosting provider I've seen.

Hey all! Been here a year – all great. Support is fast, prices are fine. Had a disk problem once – they replaced it in 2 hours. Recommend to everyone!

Currently running a dedicated server in Singapore. Ping is low, uptime is stable, and I appreciate that VSYS lets me adjust resources to my needs. Would be nice to see more plan variety in Singapore, but overall, good value.

A friend suggested I test VSYS Host, so I ordered a server in Amsterdam. Been running it for a couple of months now, and compared to my past providers, the connection and stability are definitely better.
