Went above and beyond what would normally be asked of a customer. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 15 years, and I've never had a better experience with anyone else.

Most recently, they dug through an old server for me with failed hardware to recover my data, without me asking! I just wanted a new storage node set up since I paid for it, but they set me up with a fresh one and my data was already there for me. They really care about their customers and it's evident in everything they do!

I opened a ticket to report an issue with Paypal auto payment not working and suspending my account. The reply was basically "yeah, we know about it"
Well how about letting me know there was a problem on your end instead of making me figure it out when my bill was overdue and my account suspended.

I have a very important ticket High urgency and nobody's touched it for almost 48 hours. I've never known any company where the support team let's tickets stand for days on end without getting in contact with the customer.

I liked the clear response and it felt personalized to me. I was given clear instructions on what to do next but everything seemed to be up and running when they fixed the issue.

Opened a ticket about inability to perform snapshots. several days later got a reply that it was a known problem with no esitmated repair time, no workaround offered, and the ticket was simply closed.
This did not solve my issue in any way shape or form, or give me any confidence that the problem is actually being worked on.

Incredible pricing, but you get what you pay for... Frequent outages, potential data loss, and absolutely HORRIFIC response time and customer service. Hours to hear back on a ticket and meanwhile the "Status" page shows everything is all green. When you do get a resolution, it's cold, and there's NEVER an RFO, just a hand wavy "it's fixed leave us alone".

i am using BuyVM/Frantech from last 4 years without any problem for my web app, i started with 1 GB Slice time by time i upgraded to 4GB Slice all was working smooth without any problems, but suddenly yesterday they suspended my main app server without any warnings & alerts and no such confirmation related suspension reason they just suspend instantly.

when i check the Proof URL it was invalid

and there was not any malware related shit running outa there. and they have no shame without verification they just suspended even proof url was not working.
and recently i bought a new server from them they give me already used ipv4 which has abuse reports on abusedb i asked them to change they didn't even replied on my tickets.
WORST SH*T SERVICES

Extremely affordable servers with rapid response on any issues (even weekends apparently). The additional storage they sell is also a nice option for those who want a self-managed remote backup location.

Can't recommend using them enough!

Frantech is the best and very easy to work with.

Ain't no VPS Service better than FranTech Solutions!

Super low prices, excellent service and always attentive support answer all my questions, I've been with them for several years now and never had a problem.

I signed up for a new account and flubbed my email address, leaving me unable to confirm my address. I opened a ticket, and within a couple of hours it was resolved. If this is the level of support I can expect from BuyVM/Frantech, I'm sure I'll be a long-term happy client.
