Migrating my sites took way longer than I expected. I was happy that I didn’t have to do anything by myself, but now I think that I would’ve actually gotten the job done quicker myself. Still after that everything has been going smoothly, and I hope it stays that way.

The support team clearly does not have the manpower to handle the clientele. It means little that they are good at what they do and kind to customers when half of the time you CAN”T reach them

Lovely work from these guys. I wasn’t the biggest fan at the beginning because migrating my two sites took too long but after that everything has been stellar. The support is my favourite part-love working with dedicated and knowledgeable people.

The Abelo support IS unmatched in terms of experience and knowledge, I can say that with absolute certainty. They do take a bit longer to reply than what I’d like, up to half an hour sometimes, but they never miss with their advice.

They’re a fantastic choice for all newbies who need a more hands-on approach from their provider.

Abelohost delivers on everything it promises, including great support and transparency in communication. They actually email you with changes and information regularly so you’re never caught off guard. I just wish the emails came through every time? No matter what I try, they end up in Spam or just bounce off. I know it’s not necessarily Abelo’s fault but it’s made me miss some important deadlines and it’s frustrating. Not sure what to do about this

Love Abelohost, especially the support. I’ve never worked with a team as knowledgeable and professional as this one. The only issue I had is how long it took to migrate my site to their servers—over 2 days. I expected a bit better, but it was done without any issues, so that’s
something as well.

Everything from speed and performance to support and scalability is top-notch. I started with the
basic plan and three months in I am using the VPS solution with full management. This
company makes running and growing a site easier than I had ever thought it could be, and I am
so grateful.

I spoke with three different agents within the last month and each one was equally cordial and
knowledgeable and patient.

SCAM! UNACCESSIBLE VPS FROM THE BEGINNING AND NO MONEY REFUND. AVOID THEM!

My experience with AbeloHost has been extremely disappointing.

I have been unable to access my server since March 10, 2025. During this time, the server was essentially unusable, and even before that, the performance was very poor. I chose this service believing it was offshore hosting, but it did not meet expectations at all. As a result, I suffered customer loss and financial damage.

The most unacceptable part is this:
While my server access was already restricted and the service was effectively inactive, I received an email asking whether I wanted to renew the service and pay a new invoice.
In other words, I was asked to renew and pay for a service that I could not access or use at all. I have screenshots as proof.

After the service was terminated, I was also denied access to retrieve my own data, even though the data belongs to me. My refund requests and data retrieval requests have not been handled properly or resolved clearly.

Summary of my experience:
• Long-term server inaccessibility
• Very poor performance
• Customer and financial loss
• Renewal invoice sent while the service was inaccessible
• No proper solution for refund or data access

Based on my experience, I do not recommend AbeloHost. The service quality and customer handling are far from professional.

I paid for a server at Abelohost and waited a long time for the approval process to be completed. Unfortunately, the server was never approved. Support told me that a refund would be issued, but it has now been over a week and I still have not received my money.

This experience was disappointing due to the long waiting time and the lack of follow-through on the promised refund. I expected better communication and faster resolution.

AbeloHost made my website feel lighter and quicker. Even image-heavy pages load fast now. It’s impressive how much difference the right host can make..

What I like most is the calm professionalism of the AbeloHost team. No drama, no panic. Just people who know what they’re doing and do it well..

Blatant scam - STAY AWAY

I had a truly terrible experience with abelohost.com. Right after paying for a year of hosting, my access to the hosting control panel was immediately blocked. When I tried to assure them my website was completely legal, they started demanding my passport for "verification." I have no idea why — maybe they want to access my cryptocurrency? No other explanation makes sense.

Beware, never deal with this hosting company! For two days now, I've been trying to get my money back. At first, abelohost.com promised they would resolve it soon, but now they just ignore all my messages asking for a refund — and this is two days after payment! This looks very much like a scam.

I've rented hosting from various providers for five years, and no one ever asked for my passport. Be extremely cautious with abelohost.com; these guys are very suspicious and behave unprofessionally for a hosting company. Another major downside is the support response time — it often takes 12 -16 hours instead of the 30 minutes they promise. From now on, this hosting is firmly top on my blacklist.

After Purchased Shared Hosting from them it's not activated.
1 day later they contacted me and asking to provide them my id proof of my country and my face photo to make my account verified.
they are a**h*les who wrote offshore/privacy on all over their websitebut as soon as you place your order, they acted like they are running some government service to prvide them valid gov. id proof.
stay away from those guys.

Not an Offshore Hosting, They Behave like they are running Some Hosting Providers Like Namechap, Godaddy etc.
I Purchased a VPS Server and Befor Placing Order I am Clearly Tell Them, I am Planning To Host Legal Adult Site and Their Support Team Replied To My Ticked And Saying We Are Happy To Tell You blah blah.... You Can Host That Here.
Now..
After Placing Order The Held My VPS in Pending State For 1 Day and Next Day They Asking Me To Tell Them Gain Which Type Of Website I Am Going To Host.
Again I Replied To Their Ticket And Tell Them Gain.
Now They Just Don't Respond For 2 Straight Days (No Holiday).
After That They Telling Me That Their Team Will Review Your Site and Purpose and We Will Reply Soon.
Like what a pathetic service and what they guys thinking like Offshore Means.
I Used Shinjjiru, Koddos, and They are Way Better Then Them They Dont give a Sh*t About what you host.
Its been 4 Days an i am already marked them spammer.

This provider is a complete OFFSHORE SCAM! BEWARE! I have purchased the hosting plan and a domain from this website , only to see they didn’t allow any OFFSHORE ACTIVITY , when I asked for a refund they told me they wouldn’t give me a refund even though THEY NEVER INITIATED THE SERVICE , MOREOVER THEY DIDNT EVEN REGISTER MY DOMAIN , what a scam .
