After running into issues with my old VPS provider, I turned to ChatGPT for advice, and it recommended Qloudhost for my website hosting. Since AI knows more than I do, I decided to give it a try.

The migration process took a little longer than expected, but the support team kept me updated every step of the way. They were incredibly helpful, and I actually learned a lot about my website in the process. I even managed to reduce the website’s size by half, which made the migration go more smoothly!

Once the website was moved, I noticed a significant boost in speed right away. The team also assisted with the proper Cloudflare settings to optimize performance further.

I am a student and i save my pocket money for several months to buy a hosting and domain. I buy a domain from another provider to buy qloudhost hosting because i fell like qloudhost is perfect for me and my project. I select their offsore basic plan its cost 51.08.. usdt. I mistakenly send this amount and forget about 1usdt fee thats why they don't accept it and timeout. I contacted with qloudhost and they said they didn't recieve the payment 50.08.. usdt. So i contacted with coinpayments and explain them then they suggest me to contact with merchant qloudhost will they accept this fund or reopen the invoice for send the 1usdt. I again send ticket to qloudhost and they asked the payment address link. I give them every details. I screenshot everything. I send more ticket under the same ticket and also a new ticket but they don't answer me yet. Its been 7 days i made payment. This 51.08.. usdt is nothing to many peoples but it's a lot for me as a middle class family student. This is trap both qloudhost and coinpayments. I can refund my payments within 90 days coinpayments mentioned me that but i have to pay trx 60/ 19-20 usdt as fee to claim the refund. Like for 50 usdt refund i have to pay 19 usdt to them. Qloudhost is scamming peoples like this. They said they are from India. Many peoples work to proud their country and these peoples are take their country down and they try to recognize to the world that Indian peoples are not trusted. They will reply and tell that they will fix this issue but which issue? I will give review almost everyday here and many other places. If i lost my 50 usdt i will review and post 500 times then i will stop. Peoples paid their hard working money why? Will they paid to get scammed? I want my 50 usdt back i don't want their service and dont want refund by 19 usdt gas fee.
You can see positive reviews with 5 stars but i guarantee you they are fake reviews they use. We are victim if anyone want proof then contact anyone here who already suffered. It has been 10 days i didn't get any solution from them. After i gave my review in trustpilot they replied me with one email and told me to deal with payment gateway they didn't recieve my payment. Why i contact with coinpayments? How their support work? Coinpayments told me to contact with the merchant qloudhost if they accept then they can activate your hosting. But days after days i don't get any help or solution from qloudhost. Who will give me the gas fee 19 usdt to refund my money. I recommend everyone who are thinking to pay them for any service then you will regret once you pay them mark my word. They are fake. Not a professional provider. They are scammer.

Contraté un "Servicio de migración de páginas web" el 12 de julio con la promesa de completarse en 4 horas. No solo el servicio nunca se entregó, sino que, varios días después, mis páginas web siguen sin funcionar y el vendedor (qloudhost.com) me ignora por completo.

He intentado contactarles por todos los medios (tickets, chat, Telegram, WhatsApp) sin recibir respuesta alguna. La situación es aún más grave porque su propio sitio web y el sistema de soporte están caídos, impidiendo cualquier comunicación. Para colmo, después de solicitar mi reembolso, parece que mi IP fue bloqueada y ya no puedo acceder a mi área de cliente.

Es inaceptable que no solo no cumplan con lo prometido, sino que también desaparezcan y bloqueen a sus clientes. Esta empresa no es de fiar. Solo quiero mi reembolso y no me lo dan. Les ruego precaución, revisen sus reseñas en Trustpilot, son un reflejo de su pésimo servicio.

Their servers and tech support are really bad, we could not upload a small 16kb image their techs were useless and clueless they kept asking for screenshots and switching service techs with no answers, we filed a dispute with PayPal and received a refund in under 10 minutes. Ultahost much better.

fraud I bought a VPS and it hasn't been sent for 4 days, I have contacted the ticket and they only responded that the delay in delivery is very bad

The tech I spoke with (Emily Cooper) ... customer service and help is really good, I've been on several host and so far none of them are as helpful and solid as this.

Today is 8 February…my delivery date was listed as the next day, then 2 February … I ordered my server on 30 January….

It’s still not been delivered nor has my account been credited for x3 charges.

Be very cautious hiring this company.

I really wanted to pay $149 for a vps server but with the reviews I read I was really terrified. I hope you guys fix your problems.

Like many others, I read both the positive and negative reviews on Trustpilot. I assumed the negative reviews might have been posted by a few disgruntled customers. So, I reached out to them on WhatsApp. They were friendly and polite, and I needed solid support, which they promised to provide via chat.

I placed my order on October 1, 2024. They told me the server would be delivered in 5-7 days.

The first server was finally delivered after 9 days. I was out of the office, so I began the installation on October 12. I simply installed cPanel and tried to transfer my first domain using the Transfer Tool. It was about a 2GB website. During the transfer, at around 50%, it failed, and the server crashed. The SSH server went offline. I urgently contacted them as my old server was about to expire. After 4 hours, they responded on WhatsApp, telling me to raise a support ticket. I did so, but received no reply. After a day, I requested an OS reinstallation. It’s now been 2 days, and they still haven't completed what is essentially a 5-minute task. I've had to pay my old hosting provider to keep my sites online. All the positive reviews here are fake. Their refund policy is a scam. Now, someone from Qloudhost will probably respond, trying to justify everything instead of offering an apology.

For $149, you’ll get:

-- Only an IP address and password, plus a lot of headaches.
-- No access to a control panel where you can reboot or reinstall the server; instead, you’ll need to submit tickets and wait days for simple tasks.
-- IPMI access is only available after begging for several days.
-- On top of that, they’ll treat you terribly.

Stay away from this scam company.

Each and every month our site hosted with Qloudhost is down. In the moment we are writing this - again.

Long response times of the support for the tickets. Each and every month they experience some technical problem either with mail, or with DNS or with something else - obviously they are not specialists in what they sell.

Uptime is terrible - the constant breakdown blocks the work of our entire company because of lack of experience.

I contacted qloudhost.com to purchase a server for $349 per month, and I see price if I paid for 6 months, the amount would become $1,047. Before I paid, I contacted support to offer another discount, and he told me that the discount was for the 6-month plan, and I paid 1,047 to get a server for 6 months.

After paying, support contacted me and told me that there was a problem with the payment and that he refunded the amount, and told me to pay again.

When I went in to pay the amount, I found that the price had become $2,094. When I told him where the first amount was, $1,047, he told me that there was an error in the pricing.

I sent him the first messages with him. He told me that the discount was on the 6-month plan. I told him to return the first amount and we would continue. If you did not return it, I would not continue in the purchase, and then I discovered that he wanted to defraud me of a large amount. Fortunately, he returned the first amount, and that I paid with PayPal

I always advise you to pay with PayPal because through PayPal you can recover the amount if you are scammed

Please do not purchase services from this company. Their refund policy is deceptive, and the upload speed for files in Asia is extremely slow. They are unwilling to issue a refund when requested!

This company is very reasonable priced for shared, vpa and dedicated servers with knowledgeable team keep it up

Indian scammers, DEFINITELY stay away from this site, there are +10000 different sites on one hosting server. They buy it from other companies and rent it to you, and they respond to support requests every 2 weeks. I could not use the service I received, and the answers they gave to my support request consisted entirely of sentences designed to humiliate you.
