Very quick and friendly support. Great care about free speech and non-censureship, it is also nice that they are based outside of US and EU control (Iceland). Services are what you would expect at modal market prices. Only their control panel interface feels a bit outdated, but that could be easily fixed someday.

I cancelled my subscription properly, yet they kept charging me through their payment gateway as if nothing had happened. This is something I’ve never experienced before with any other service, and it shows a worrying lack of control and professionalism.

Although they eventually issued a refund, the fact that I had to notice the unauthorized charge myself and chase them for it is unacceptable. A company that cannot manage cancellations correctly puts customers at risk and creates a serious trust issue.

I would strongly recommend double-checking your billing if you decide to use this service. They took about 6 months to refund me the money they billed without my authorization and dozens and dozens of messages

Sure people are giving low reviews here. But know that Flokinet is really good at what they do and give great anonymous hosting. They do their best in customer support but more importantly they shine in anonymity and private hosting. Make sure to be patient. You’ll get great hosting here.

I bought a domain and have been waiting for it to be active for 4 days. I opened a ticket and the ticket has not been answered for more than 48 hours. Do not buy.
