Inadequate customer service
Similar to others. I ordered UGG slippers on the 19th December for next day delivery to a DPD point. DPD point was apparently full and the goods were not been delivered after many calls to DPD and UGG no attempt has been made to deliver them since. UGG customer service centre sends automatic responses.and fails to grasp the issue. They won’t cancel the order and have no ability to have DPD to deliver the parcel which has shown on the tracking ap as being stuck at a depot. I would normally order from Selfridges or John Lewis and given stock availability ordered directly from UGG but would not do so again.
UGGS Not fit for Function !
UGGS type F8811EQ Men's boots. Bought long time ago, not worn often because of limited functionality.
+ nice looking, well fitting / enough foot&heel support, solid
- judging by the soles and the fur lining, you would expect these to be good winter boots. However:
1 - poor grip (compared to other boots and shoes in my possession) soles slide dangerously on thin snow patches, only grip in thick snow !
2 - fur lining does not enclose the feet only ankle
3 - not waterproof !
In short I think UGGS are more a fashion thing than a real functional boot !
Shockingly disappointing service…
I read with dismay of the previous reviews of parcels going missing and lack of response or responsibility from Ugg customer services.
Unfortunately, my daughter and I have had an extremely disappointing response from UGG customer services regarding a pair of Ugg boots (given as a birthday present to my daughter by her friends) which we sent to UGG to exchange for a smaller size. We had posted them via the post office with the return label they emailed to us and have proof of posting. We also had a receipt for the goods. A few months passed with them saying they hadn’t received the goods, then they said they were investigating the matter. Then they emailed that they “can confirm this has been fully investigated by DPD who have confirmed some discrepancies with the details of your return.” So basically they are not giving any real explanations or accountability. Shocking customer service. I would avoid this company or buy anything at your peril. Only buy directly from the store if you can return or exchange it at the store if needed.

Parcel went missing - left in an unsafe place apparently, although my instructions were to leave with my neighbour, not outside the front of house as the front of house is a public footpath!!! UGG will not take responsibility for my parcel that I never received. Numerous Emails reaching out and over a week wait for each reply! This was a Xmas purchase which has resulted in the worst online shopping experience to date. Never again ---- UGG you have officially ruined Xmas for me. Where is my item?

Just a crap experience the UGG boots…
Just a crap experience the UGG boots that I ordered on the 12th of December have gone missing DPD don’t know where they are. Ugg Don’t know where they are and they won’t give me a refund until they’re found so I’m now out of pocket as well as not have any boots. Customer service is shocking no one willing to help. I will never order anything from again and I will tell everybody that I know to do the same.
13 days sitting in airport departuers
Placed order on 6th December and goods are still at airport in australia on 19th. Customer services said sorry but we are busy. I wished i had not place the order.

This is an update to my review on the 3rd dec. Anais from Ugg emailed me after I left the review and sorted the problem out , she could not tell me why it had happened but did refund me for the slippers and sent me a 15% discount code , I re ordered and did receive these slippers. They still need a better way to contact customer service as I shouldn’t have to resort to a bad review to get anywhere it’s not good for Ugg or for my stress levels!
Atrocious service in fact no service at all
If there was less than one star I would go for it. I ordered online on Black Friday and have still not had my product. They have taken my money. You cannot track the order as the website sends you in loops and the delivery status shows as the order is processing. I tried to email them no response. Also what makes it even worse is that the website is claiming that is you order online the product will be delivered before Christmas. I ordered on 29th Nov and today it is 17 December. Horrendous!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER EVER!!!!!!! No number to call, nobody responds to email. Worst of all no boots £130 later.
Ugg disgrace…
Such a big company with quality produce but the customer service is atrocious. Ordered from the official site and got sent the wrong size and tried to explain this sending numerous emails and getting no response. Over twelve days later I get a reply and I explain the situation again and he asks for my order number which I send and then nothing again. I’ve since sent another two emails asking where we are at and still no reply.
No phone number offered to speak directly, there is but it doesn’t work. Absolutely dreadful.
Never received the item like the other people
Like many others here, I did not receive my parcel. I live in Edinburgh, and I noticed it was supposed to arrive at the collection point this Tuesday. It was indeed in Edinburgh, but on the same day, the parcel suddenly returned to the UGG warehouse. I was very confused! I paid a delivery fee of £2.99 for the parcel to travel from the warehouse to Edinburgh and then back again. Customer service told me that if I want the item, I will need to reorder it. Ridiculous! I would consider the company a scam. I will not buy anything from UGG again, and I will not recommend them to anyone either.
Great return service and refund
Just thought I'd give a very positive experience from having to return a pair of uggs as they were too big.
The process of making a return is so simple, I returned through royal mail it was delivered back the next day and the following day I received my refund 😀. Customer services were very good as I was a bit worried reading all the bad experiences on returning items, the problems in people getting their refund back. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again
Use DPD
Use DPD, which is notoriously bad in the UK. No option for any other courier. You can't even change the delivery preferences to leave the parcel in a safe place. I have a JOB, and a LIFE, why on Earth would I want my parcel delivered at 1pm on a weekday with no alternative or communication?

I'm wearing this brand more than 20 years and it was first time when I received so bad quality shoes.
It was completely wiped the fur on the heel and wiped my leg to the point of blood. I filled out a claim on your website, more than 2 months have passed - no one has contacted me.
After that I received the answer what they need more photos. I sent different photos of my boots a several times, but any answer. Now I receive the answer that my warranty was expired and they can’t help me!

I purchased my third pair of UGGs as a treat I have worn them a couple of times and noticed pale patches appeared all over them they look terrible. I have sent photos to UGG and they have taken weeks to reply saying I used a cleaning product which I haven’t. Absolutely disgusted. At least ask me the question don’t tell me I’ve done something when I haven’t. What awful customer service. That’s the end of my love of UGGs

If I could give zero I would. Took my payment which I authorised. Then made up some story that I had done something wrong and cancelled my order then wouldn't match the discount. No customer service just a bot
. GO to their Australian competitor for same quality at half the price who don't cancel orders probably as they have no stock. Terrible just terrible! Do not trust them!

Well if your looking to have it delivered to a pick up point (post office) then don’t DPD apparently couldn’t deliver to a post office and my parcel was taken back! There was no more information just a very vague email for Dpd to say they couldn’t deliver…… I’m extremely confused by this as it’s a post office! Customer service was drab I was offered 20% off but no guarantee I can have them shipped once they are sent back! My daughters without her bday present and I had a lot of panic work looking for the missing item. There’s no direct line to talk to anyone and emails are up to 3 days to get a reply! All this on top of Christmas, not sure who’s worse the courier they use to deliver or ugg itself!

Bought classic ankle boots, a repeat after the old one wore out
What a mission to put it on, wriggling, pushing your foot in, pulling the top, takes about 15 mins, leaving me breathless and agitated
Getting them off isn’t any better
