POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Following on from my review yesterday, UGG did contact me. Despite my giving them details of my purchase, they are unwilling to help due to me no longer having the recept. I moved house and had a clear out. Very frustrating as they are clearly slippers of their manufacture and are clearly not fit for purpose with disintegrating soles. I expected better treatment from what I supposed to be an honourable company. Clearly, not so honourable after all!

Do not buy from Ugg Originals. I purchased these slippers and they split within 2 weeks. I have tried to get a refund or replacement but they have ignored me completely. Horrible behaviour and a poorly manufactured product.

I have bought two pair of UGG mini in the past 12 months.
The first pair the tabs on the back had split causing a hole in the back of the boot, poor quality rubbish.
The second pair after cleaning 2 small marks of each boot with their own branded cleaning kit my UGGs are now ruined. I explained to customer service the boots had been purchased from JD Sports and the kit from them. Firstly the told me to take them back to exchange them (I was out of the exchange period), I was then told to go into JD and ask them to demonstrate how to clean them correctly with their own branded kit that they don’t sell. Obviously I’m not going to make a fool of myself and actually go into JD and ask them to give me a demo!
My boots are now discoloured with various white patches all over them, despite following the instructions on the UGG website.
I argued that I had correctly followed instruction etc etc. I was then told I should have tested a small area first… great giving me that information after the event!!
Ugg Refuses to Refund after returned…
Ugg Refuses to Refund after returned Boots are lost in Royal Mail Network.
In accordance with Ugg's return policy, I initiated and printed off a postage label from their website. I repackaged boots in the original packaging and attached the postage label.
I took the boots to the post office and OBTAINED proof of posting / tracking number.
A week later I checked the Royal Mail tracking service which stated "item was posted at Parcelshop, a Royal Mail site on 7.1.25. More information will be available as it travels through our network".
Since this time, no further updates have been added by Royal Mail on their tracking service.
I have been in constant liaison with Ugg who refuse to refund the cost of the boots - stating Royal Mail has told them the item (boots) never entered their network!
I have also been in touch with Royal Mail (personal and business) customer services who state the item did enter their network as it was registered on their tracking service. Furthermore Royal Mail has charged Ugg for postage.
Ugg refuses to put a claim in with the Royal Mail for the lost item and because postage was paid by Ugg (they are an account holder with Royal Mail) it is not possible for me to claim through the Royal Mail.
Ugg's emails have been abrasive and sharp, there is no customer care or willingness to follow up and try to rectify this matter. There is no one point of contact, no telephone number to speak to someone in person, no way of escalating complaint. They are refusing to accept proof of posting and screen shot of the Royal Mail tracking service page that shows the item was returned to QUOTE "a Royal Mail site..."
Pls think twice before buying from Ugg. They are horrendous. I will never buy from them again.

If I could leave NO stars I would! Parcel was supposedly delivered to a pick up shop. Went to collect, 23/12, to be told there was no parcel. Lots of back and forth emails as there is no contact number so be prepared to be fobbed off constantly as the “agents” all hide behind a keyboard using AI for their responses. Parcel is confirmed by Ugg as missing and yet they are apparently waiting on DPD to do a further investigation which takes 6 working days everytime!
Here we are today, 30/01, almost 6 weeks later and still no refund received! I will be taking my complaint to the higher powers but please be warned before buying online as should there be a problem, you’ll get no where fast and the whole process will cause nothing but frustration for you!

Stupidly I spent £90 on UGG slippers from UGG direct. They lasted 6 months (only worn in cold months) £90 slippers should not show signs of gross wear and tear with such little use.
Ugg only offers a 12 month guarantee. I was just over this when I made contact sighting the Consumer Goods Act (which they ignored).
Insultingly UGG refused refund/replacement and offered a discount code on another pair !
Their customer service is appalling.
For premium goods I expect a premium service, which they do not offer.
I advise anyone not to buy UGG products as the customer service is just not offered.
My friend bought a Jack Wills copy of UGG slippers for less than £20 and they have lasted longer than my £90 Ugg pair.
Do not waste your money on a company who are not interested in consumer issues or offering a good service.

Bought some low men’s UGGs boots and the material was poor quality and quickly deteriorated, they only lasted six months and then fell apart.

If you really want Ugg merchandise please buy from a third party retailer. They allowed me to select delivery to DPD pick up locker but DPD said their is a note that parcel cannot be left in a locker and I must contact them to get the address changed. They do not have a Custer service number, their live chat never works and no one has responded to the customer service email after 1 week. I have reached out on instagram and Facebook messenger. No one responded on instagram and the Facebook team told me they will forward my issue to the customer service team via email. I ordered 1 pair of trainers 11 days ago and still no trainers or refund and no response from Custer service.

Worst company
Ordered UGG for a Christmas gift, after still not being shipped on the 26th (12 days after the order) I tried canceling the order. Got zero response until 01/08 which I was told to send them back at my cost of shipping. Also they were taking a restocking fee, so in total I would have gotten a $10 refund on $200 order. This company is a complete rip off and scam!
