Ordered gloves as a birthday present, got tracking number, no delivery attempted and they were returned to UGG apparently! After speaking to customer service again, same thing happened, they have gone quiet now as I try yet again to ask them to sort it. Dreadful service and they have my money! I ordered some UGGs for my niece as a gift. TWO payments were taken and showing as pending on my account. I had two notifications also from my bank account. So I cancelled the order. (this was via mobile phone online store).

Ugg trainers
So my husband got me some ugg trainers that I wanted and I wore them twice and both times massive blisters contacted customer service and basically told to wear a plaster with them shouldn't really have to for 140 pound trainers
Awful Experience
I have had an awful experience with UGG they said they had delivered my parcel but I hadn't received it now more than 6 weeks later I am still waiting to get a response on a refund and there is no complaints department I can find to speak to ....beyond furious is an understatement.
No Customer service on weekends
No Customer service on weekends. They have charged me twice and sent me two separate confirmation numbers so I am pretty sure they will get back to me within their “3-5” day period after both items have shipped and it will be my problem to do the return and wait weeks to get my refund when a simple phone call would have fixed this. Oh but the number listed does not work and again, it’s Saturday. Their customer service is M-F. Ridiculous. Will not be ordering from Ugg in the future.

The customer service is just a joke. No help whatsoever. No answer for over a week. In one letter they say they never received any photo proves from me (of course it has been sent), and the following letter says they are not able to view pictures due to their format (jpeg)

Very unpleasant experience
I recently had a very unpleasant experience with UGG's delivery service. I placed two orders that were meant to be delivered to Yeep lockers, but on both occasions, the lockers were empty when I arrived. The courier returned my orders to UGG without notifying me or attempting to correct the issue.
I reached out to UGG customer service, requesting that they resend my orders directly to my home address to avoid further inconvenience. Instead, they simply refunded my money and told me to place a new order. Unfortunately, the promotional prices available during my initial purchase had since expired, and I was told I would need to pay full price to reorder.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and I’m disappointed by the lack of support from UGG in resolving what should have been a simple delivery issue.
Unbelievably bad
I wish there was a zero star! Ordered a pair of earmuffs, however DPD didn’t deliver to my address and parcel was lost. Customer services eventually replied and said they’d sent a replacement- replacement was sent to an address 100 miles away from me and signed by some stranger! I contacted them again but have been ignored so I’m currently out of pocket and no earmuffs! Beyond upset and concerned-
Update! Have to revise my review as to be fair to Ugg they have now given me a refund for the two non deliveries so problem resolved. However I would be very nervous about ordering again as it’s very stressful and time consuming trying to sort it out

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Very difficult to get a reply! Sent numerous emails! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, they sent me a photo showing where it had been left but it wasn’t my house! DPD confirmed it had not been delivered to my address but said Ugg had to sort it out. Still waiting! I am out of pocket £150!! Fuming!

I have waited a week for a response from UGG
The first red flag was an UGG automatic reply which stated DO NOT send further emails and 3 working days wait for a response (mine was a week) If you dare send a further email and not wait indefinitely this will result in you being put to the back of the queue!
The response email now wants several photos which I can only imagine is trying to prove or disprove authenticity of the boots, when the order number covers most of the information and a simple yes the boots are acceptable with white insoles or no there is an error and we will send you some black insoles to go in your black lined boots would eliminate the issue I have.
Having now read similar reviews I am now wishing I had read them first before I made the mistake of buying my first pair of UGG boots. Anyway I am now not holding much hope of a resolve so my advice is to avoid which is sad as UGG used to be a trusted name.

My parcel was left on the street outside my house and stolen - I have been trying to get hold of customer service for over 1 month/ they said response time is 22 working days - and every time I email I go back to the bottom of the queue. For such a huge global company I’m so shocked by the customer service

Worst customer services I have ever experienced. Bought some slippers for my wife's birthday, a size 5, they were too small, she needed a 6. Tried the returns portal for an exchange, down for maintenance. Tried again the next day and the next, still down. Tried the online chat, no customer services people available...sent an email to customer services. Tried messaging through twitter and insta, they could only suggest i email customer services. Received a response after several days saying to use the online portal, which was still not working, and was told I only had 30 days to exchange which I had now gone past... Still exchanging emails but getting nowhere, returns portal us still down, has been for at least a week and a half it seems.

Nothing but problems with my UGG order- customer service non existent, live chat never available, phone number cuts off! My Ugg parcel has been lost on returning and DPD have confirmed this but will not do anything as has to be UGG! £100 out of pocket and not reply'
