I ordered a pair of trainers in the sale on their main website NOT their outlet website. There was zero mention that these were ex-display however, when I opened them after collecting from store they were 2 different colours. One was box fresh, the other had dented toe and had clearly been touched repeatedly leaving it dirty. The entire colour was faded. Neither had tissue inside or cardboard to retain the shape and both were simply dumped inside the box on top of the protective tissue. Absolutely no care was taken to even attempt to preserve the appearance of these trainers. I have tried 3 methods of contacting and annoyingly, office seem to think it's acceptable to so massively under staff their customer service department that they're working a minimum of 5 days behind. What use is that to anyone hoping for a positive resolution. I will absolutely never buy from them again. Neither worth my time or my money even if there is a sale.
Refund scam company!
This company needs to be reported to trading standards. They are operating refund scams. They claim to have only received one pair of shoes in my return instead of both pairs that I returned in the same parcel. They refuse to share any 'evidence' supporting their claim that only 1 pair was returned, and they also fail to acknowledge that legally THEY are responsible for my return the second it enters Yodels transit network since they provided the prepaid label. I have had to recoup the money via my bank (chargeback request) - highly recommend anyone else scammed by Office does the same!!! Horrendous company that I will never buy from again and am advising anyone I speak to to avoid at all costs!!!!!

Avoid Avoid...stole my daughters hard earned money sent the wrong shoes out only 4 sizes to small and the wrong trainer..totally ignored all the emails sent..totally shocking company.
Refunds Scam.
Most appalling customer service. I have returned 2 pairs of shoes as per their Courier Inpost/ yodel and their label for return. However I received refund for one pair of shoes them state they can only refund physical returned items. They refuse to investigate or claim against Yodel as they bought the return label. I find it ironic that Yodel is their partner so where have the shoes disappeared too. Extremely suspicious because no photographic evidence of delivery. I will definitely take legal action.

If I could leave zero stars I would have. I placed an order early February on a next day delivery. I had to email after 4 days (there’s no contact number) to wait 2 days for them to come back to me to say it was with the courier (it wasn’t) I found the live chat, so wanting a quicker response I tried that. It has to be the most frustrating live chat ever, you wait ages (sometimes 2-3 hours) to get through, if you don’t reply back to them within 10 minutes, it cuts you off and you have to start again! 10 days, still no delivery, they started a search with the courier that would take them 5 days and wouldn’t ship out another pair even though the courier had already confirmed them lost, they would email me in 5 days… they never. Cut a very long story short, we’re now 9weeks down the line and I still have no shoes, 3 deliveries have not made it to my delivery depot and 3 times waiting, they never contact you, always me chasing and sometimes don’t even bother to respond, the live chats a joke and I have officially complained 7 times now only to be told, sorry, we’ll come back to you. I complained yesterday after giving them 228 hours (they said 48hours hence hours) to be offered 10% off my next online order!!! Appalled doesn’t even come close, now to wait another however long to be able to find out how I complain about my complaint, normally wouldn’t bother but it’s been 9 weeks, what a few more now! Absolutely disgraceful company, will never even buy from a store again!!

i give 1 start because i have to... customer service is shit. they dont care about anything and dont have any re4spect neither. This is the second time i have a problem and no one takes responsabilities. very bad. Not recommend at all

I have emailed their customer service and been to the store nobody seems interested in helping they have obviously gone missing I will definitely avoid this company. I even tried emailing their PayPal enquiry line and didn't even get a response. I suppose I will have to do a PayPal dispute

Disgusting Service From Office and Yodel
I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company.
They took the money but did not deliver as promised.
Yodel and Office are terrible companies, treating your customers disrespectfully.
I am travelling tomorrow and I have waited all day for my shoes to be told my address cannot be located, how?
On chat I was asked to share my location, why? Am I a driver? Do I work for Yodel? Who will ask a customer such a stupid request?
I would not give this company any stars at all if I had to.
ZERO would be too positive for the service received today.
To use a courier that was not customer-centric baffles me.

One star is too much
One star is too much. I bought my shoes online and paid for post and packaging of course. Yesterday I got messages from DPD courier to say there was an outstanding customs bill of over €21!!!! I emailed Office twice and got very curt replies. Avoid them and tell everyone they are gangsters!!!

Their refund policy is awful
Their refund policy is awful. I purchased sale shoes online and was able to return in store for a full refund. I was unsure about one pair, and the person at the till said I could get an extra 10% off and return if I didn't end up wanting them, so I rebought them in store. What she didn't tell me is that you can't get an actual refund on store bought sale items so now I'm stuck with a £60 pair of shoes I don't want. Email customer services are awful as well. Absolutely furious.

Terrible company
Staff fail to advise you that you cannot get a refund on sale items and will only offer a gift card or exchange. They then proceed to lie about this and insist that they tell everyone about their returns policy at the time of purchase and that the information is also on the receipt, at which point it's obviously too late as the purchase has already been made!!!
When emailing customer services, a snotty reply was received spouting the same lies that I'd been told in store (staff always advise customers of the returns policy). They then block your contact details so you are unable to reply to them! The worse customer service I've ever experienced.

Been waiting far too long for a live…
Been waiting far too long for a live chat agent to come on and no chance. This is NOT THE WAY to handle people who want to be your customers. It's disgraceful and is probably the last time I will be buying from this shop. Furthermore, I will warn others as well. They should provide a way for people to cancel or modify their orders within the hour of having made them. If we can't do that we should have a telephone to reach OR WORST CASE SCENARIO someone coming on the live chat within a maximum of 5 minutes. Very, very bad. This will NOT earn OFFICE a good reputation.

To busy talking
Went into the metro centre shop. I found a pair of shoes I wanted to try on . I tried to get the attention of staff but they were to busy talking and not looking if anyone wanted help. I thought I would go back later and give them a second chance but they were still talking so I went up and asked. I was told they had locked the shoe cupboard up. So I went to another shop where the staff were happy to help and exactly cared

I don’t think they even care what the customer thinks.
The person who picked up my live chat was impatient, rude and unfriendly.
And they seemed to have no interest in resolving my compliant rather just being rude and arrogant.
Would not recommend anyone buying.
Would recommend the customer service person to get another job.

Poor customer service and false promises of follow-up
After I left a review detailing my poor experience with Office shoes, the company replied to my review (as they have replied to many others) asking me to provide details of the order so that they could resolve the issue. Many months later I have still not heard back despite having provided details right away. By replying publically they are merely attempting to show good customer service without following through. Bad quality shoes are one issue, but treating customers this way is unacceptable.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I ordered two pairs of boots. But only one pair was delivered. I raised this with them after a very long chat they agreed to launch an investigation, they were unable to provide me with confirmation of the investigation request but eventually agreed to send a transcript of the chat as confirmation. Investigation was supposed to take 72 hours but took 6 days. To which they said they were satisfied the parcel was delivered and to contact my bank. When I asked for the evidence of their investigation. They rejected my email.

Terrible customer service and returns..
I returned a pair of trainers 19 days ago (which i had to pay for!). After 10 days of hearing nothing from them to even confirm they have received my return they told me they would
investigate. This would take 48 hours -5 days. After 5 days again I heard nothing. So I emailed again. I was told to just wait! I tried online chat. Again just wait. Now 19 days later they are ignoring me and I haven't even had confirmation that they have received my return.
A return is normally confirmed within a week maximum. I'm not sure how a company as big as office can tell me after 19 days they don't even know whether they have received my return or not. At this point they are just holding my money!
Will never use again! I will keep chasing MY money until I get it!
