Extremely poor customer service
I wish there was an option to give no stars at all. It was painful having to give one. Please listen to the reviews and avoid booking through this agency.
There has been no customer care or common sense carried out by themselves. I paid for a flexible fare. I have informed them MULTIPLE times that I can't fly from a certain state in Aus due to border closures, yet they continue to send me alternative flights from the same state.
My flight is in two days time and the issue has not been resolved. This is an issue that could be resolved in a 5 minute phone call. The phone number provided online does not get you through to an agent. I'm certain they don't answer any calls. 10 emails down the line and have made no progress.
The company are happy to take your money but there is little care in after services. I understand it's a tough time for everyone in the world, mistakes can be made but this is completely unacceptable for a company to deal with a situation in such ways.
I highly recommend paying the extra money and going directly through the airline. Lesson learnt.
Update: TripAir informs myself 15 hours before my original booked flight departs, that the only available flight between the 30th July and 6th August has a fare difference of 1200 AUD. If I wanted to book this flight I had to respond and pay within 5 hours. If I didn't book this flight I would run the risk of paying additional fees. They have provided me with ONE option, ONE option that is very expensive, ONE option 15 hours before my original booked flight is due to leave. This is the worst experience I've had with a company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not give your money to this company.

I booked a trip to Argentina 05.2020 , first flight was cancelnd without any notification (replacement day after from airline because Tripair was not available) ! After arriving return fight was cancelnd too. No refund was given. Tripair answers after one year I should go to the airline, Airline says I should go to tripair how stupid it is! Tripair never answered again about my complaining , How unprofessional
Pathetic support
I planned a trip from Amsterdam to Bangalore in Oct 2020 and just the day before the flight was cancelled by the airlines. The airlines were ready to refund the money because it was cancelled by them, however Tripair hasn't refunded my money until today. It is already 9 months for this incident but Tripair has always asked me to just wait without any ETA until they refund. The number mentioned in their website never works and nobody answers the call.
Their email response is so poor that they do not mentioned the status or any timelines around refunding my money back. It has been a pathetic experience with Tripair so far
They're quick and efficient
I don't really get all those negative reviews. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this tour operator.
The first time I've booked a flight for some of my family members the booking couldn't be confirmed and therefore was canceled the next day. Sure I was disappointed, however I must note that I've received the refund on my credit card the very same day!
The second time I've booked the same flights as before, everything worked properly. The return flight got canceled however Tripair has swiftly offered us another flight. I'm very satisfied.

Prenoto una camera albergo il 6 luglio 2021 per pernottamento 24 luglio 2021 e pago 97 euro. Arrivo in albergo a questa data e la reception mi dicono che si gli e arrivata la prenotazione ma non è stata accettata in quanto questa società di prenotazione deve parecchi soldi all'hotel. Conclusione: ho dormito in macchina e i miei 97 euro buttati dalla finestra.....

To all the customers who are still waiting for their refund. I already got my refund after 1 year and 4 months. I know how hard to wait and dont get enough response when we tried to reach them but believe me, its in the airline not with tripair. During a normal situation refunds takes time to from the airline and how about now when the situation is very hard because of the pandemic. I understand too that you need your money right away but for now we need patience. I have a family members and quite a lot of friend working in the airline industry specifically in reservations and they are all slowly refunding customers (literally slowly).
Tripair is in this industry since maybe before you were born ✌️ It is a member of IATA amd HATTA and GNTO (search it so you will undertand) it is legit and not a scam. To all of you hope this can calm you down and make you have more patience. We will go through all of this together. Keep safe everyone.

Depois de 45 minutos conversa telefónica encontraram . Bagagem no porrao não apareceu. Tinha que pagar mais 50 euros ,porque este bagagem que paguei não apareceu.Agora escrevi email a pedir reembolso de 50 euros até agora nada. Nunca mais .
They don't help
I bought a ticket before the pandemic is started but the flight is canceled by the airline because of the pandemic. The airline made our tickets open to using later on but Tripair got a refund from the airline without informing us. I contacted Tripair several times, they asked for a service fee + fare fee for each ticket OR If I ask for a refund, they also give cut the full price. It is unfair because the airline is canceled the tickets even I dealt it with the airline but Tripair suffered me. Don't use the company, they just suffer you!
Received money back quickly
I tried to purchase a flight ticket via Tripair but the booking was not succesfull. The amount was taken from my bank account but received no confirmation mail. I tried to call them but the english number definitely does not work. Also, i tried to call the company which owns Tripair in Greece, but they also did not respond.
I sent them a message to Facebook and they responded in some 30min! Also, i received a reply to my mail. At the end i received my money back very quickly.
As conclusion, it was difficult to get in touch with them, but at the end my problem was resolved quickly.

Seit einem Jahr warte ich auf die Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrages. Fluglinie hat lt. deren Auskunft das Geld an tripair überwiesen. Keine Antwort auf Anfragen.

Never book via Tripair! You will regret. Flights were cancelled in June 2020, airline has fully refunded (~500eur). Now it's more than a year and Tripair is not returning my money. Wrote dozen of mails, always the same answers like 'we are working on it'. Mails don't work anymore, will need finding other ways.

Ich warte seit mehr als einem Jahr auf mein Geld (Fr. 750), da ja der Flug letztes Jahr gecancelt wurde. Die Swiss hat das Geld schon letzten August der Firma Tripair zurücküberwiesen.... Bei jeder Kontaktaufnahme heisst es dasselbe "...aufgrund der vielen Kundenanfragen, werden wir Ihr Anliegen überprüfen... blablabla". Dann hört man wieder nichts mehr. Ganz eine miese Masche dieser Firma!

Received the refund after all
Quite unexpectedly I have received the refund today on my credit card. More than a year after my flight got cancelled. I have surely sent at least 10 email inquiring about the status. They have kept 35€ as a fee despite the airline refunding them the whole amount. I would not book again with them though. My impression was that they would have kept the whole amount if I hadn’t chased them regularly.

Finally i got it 95% of the amount...
here is the tip:
Send a strong mail ..tell them that you are gonna file a case with police & consumer court. This worked for me...
They'll take your money and never answer back. Stay away from them
They sold me two tickets but sent me the receipt for one only. When I realized it, they claimed the second ticket was a gift and therefore couldn't be refunded. I asked for a more convincing explanation and... they stopped responding. How a company like this can still be in business? It's a mistery to me.
