Use this company to book flights at your peril.

Booked flights on the 16th February 2026 for the 3rd March.

Never received confirmation or the tickets. Still flighting to get money back and they are denying that they sold me the tickets despite Paypal evidence.

I am writing this for the second time that as I booked my train fare with Trip Air online with difficulty because when I pressed the button it would not go through. I phoned them and they sounded Pakistani took my card details and said that they would send the tickets. The £41-65 was taken out of my bank account. No tickets came through either online or in the post. Just to let you know that I am a 95 year old gentleman. I eventually took a taxi to the station and received the tickets and further phone calls were received with not nice language.

For some reason while I was ordering a UK digital rail card online I inadvertently paid this company via PayPal. Needless to say no digital railcard arrived but I received an email from this company offering me silver membership. There was no receipt from them. I checked my PayPal account and £26.25 had been debited by Tripair.co.uk. Suspecting a scam I informed PayPal who instantly refunded me. Needless to say the card linked to that account has been frozen. Taught me that I need to be super vigilant at all stages of a transaction online as I still don’t know how I got hooked in.

I was not able to board the flight due to an issue with the ticket. Only one passenger from the reservation was able to make the check-in, the other was denied from the system. I had to book another flight later using my own funds and now I am struggling to get my money back from the extra flight that I payed. Trip air is the worst company ever. No answer, no support, just a big scam.

Please refund the second payment immediately!!! I need that money for the rest of the month for my groceries.

Absolute scam- they confirmed my flight, took the money for my flights on Friday then made up some excuse about my luggage on a Sunday night. They then said my ticket had not been confirmed and because it’s non refundable they were unable to offer me a refund and offered dates to fly 3 months after the date I needed to fly on. They were so unapologetic and unhelpful. Absolute nightmare of an experience, so unempathetic and unwilling to listen.

The flight was cancelled. They were not at all helpful with getting back the money. I had to do all the communication with the airline and when the airline finally transferred the money to TripAir, so they could transfer it to me, TripAir lied and claimed they had never gotten any money. Only when I contacted flightright and they took the case, I finally got my money after more than a year of back and forth communicating.

2e voornaam en achternaam klopt, er moet een kleine wijziging plaatsvinden in de voornaam. trip air rekent 305 euro terwijl het gratis is bij tap air.

Scam. They lure you to their website with cheap prices. As soon as you filled in all your details, a statement pops up with a so called recalculation. Finally prices are 25% more expensive.

One star is to many. Do not use this firm, you will likely have to rebook with another firm and will get no refund.

Worst platform to book any tickets. I booked my tickets on 27th May 2023 for the 15th June flight, which was cancelled by British Airways on the day of my flight and today is 17th August 2023 and I have not received any refund for AED 2668.54. I have been contacting them but every time they says we will contact you for refund and they need 45 days. After 45 days contacted them again and now say 45 working days. I am so fed up now.

J’ai eu une expérience désagréable voir couteux à deux reprises avec cette compagnie, la 1ere en mois de mai un problème de montant affiché et le montant débité, après des dizaines d’email et de prouve envoyer, ils sont acceptés un problème d’échange, à ce jour je n’ai toujours pas vu le remboursement de cette prétendue différence. Puis un voyage en famille de 5 personnes, je me suis trompé sur le nom de famille d’un des voyageurs. Je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur tout de suite mais impossible de modifier le nom de voyageur dans le system. Deux semaines de combats entre KLM, KLM France, tripair et moi pour modifier le nom de famille. Ils se renvoies la responsabilité mutuellement. Le voyageur en question n’a que 15 ans donc impossible de le faire voyager seul ou le laisser. Sans garantie d’avoir le même vol ou le même prix, Tripair me propose d’annuler la réservation des 5 personnes et de reprendre des nouveaux billets sachant parfaitement qu’il s’agit d’un billet changeable mais pas remboursable. Sans voix ni alternative acceptable pour notre budget de 3 jours de repos, on ne sait même pas si on va partir. Entre leur prix de départ qu’est en général très bas et le montant qu’ils débite à la fin qu’est entre 30 et 50 euros plus chère, leur règle roder pour gratter le plus possible, leur service client incompétent et la méthode douteux de communication. Il faut qu’on averti le monde pour qu’ils arrêter de nous prendre pour des pigeons.

Ich kann nur jedem von diesem Unternehmen abraten, außer ihr wollt ein paar graue Haare und Nerven weniger.
Flug gebucht nach Wien im April 2020. nach fast drei Jahren das Geld zurück erhalten und dies auch nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Androhung von rechtlichen Schritten.
Am Ende haben sie vom bezahlten Betrag zwei Mal eine Servicepauschale abgezogen.
Es ist schon eine Frechheit für nichterbrachte Leistung eine Servicepauschale abzuziehen und dann noch zwei mal.
Fazit: Finger weg!

The money back service is a scam, i'm waiting my reimbursement of a flight since 2 months but nothing. They're only proposing a coupon value of 20% of my flight cost, limited 6 months and in their company, thus no money back at all, TRIPAIR CLEARLY IS OUT OF LAW

Really seems like a scam.
Several times over the past few weeks, I have tried to book through their platform. EVERYTIME i get to check out, they magically tell me that the price has changed (in this case TRIPLED).
Really unreliable.

Impossible de récupérer le remboursement de 2 billets AR pour Porto. Total du dommage plus de 600€.
Plusieurs mails, toujours la même réponse ; grosso modo, ca suit son cours mais cela prends du temps...
Si vous essayez de les appeler (numéro en angleterre) c'est impossible ça sonne puis plus rien.
