Tras revisar el caso, queremos informarle que, en el momento de la emisión de los billetes, lamentablemente no recibimos por parte de la aerolínea la confirmación de disponibilidad de plazas en el vuelo con la tarifa seleccionada por usted. Por este motivo, le ofrecimos dos opciones: realizar un pago adicional para mantener la reserva con la nueva tarifa disponible, o bien recibir la devolución completa del importe correspondiente.

Dado que la opción de pago adicional no resultaba conveniente para usted, procedimos con la cancelación de la reserva.

En cuanto al importe, queremos aclarar que los fondos no fueron cobrados por nuestra parte de forma definitiva. El importe fue únicamente bloqueado temporalmente para verificar la solvencia de la tarjeta bancaria utilizada durante el proceso de compra. Una vez que no fue posible emitir los billetes, ese mismo día se realizó la liberación de los fondos en su cuenta bancaria, por lo que el importe ya debería reflejarse nuevamente en su cuenta, de acuerdo con los plazos de procesamiento de su banco.

En caso de que el dinero aún no aparezca disponible, le recomendamos por favor ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención de su banco para уточнить el estado de la transacción. Asimismo, le enviamos por correo electrónico un documento de подтверждение que podrá presentar a su banco para que puedan verificar más fácilmente el estado de la operación.
