Great customer service, affordable flowers, and free shipping. No problems whatsoever

Never wrote a bad review until I ordered flowers for my step mothers funeral from Starluck.
This company immediately canceled when I made my order. I spoke to a person who confirmed that is was possible to recieve this delivery. The order was immediately canceled thr moment we hung up.
It took me 20 days to get a refund. I emailed them 3 times. The third time I emailed them, It was not nice. However the manager responded quickly and she proceed my refund in 2 days, just got it today. Starluck didnt fullfil my order, canceled it, and made it difficult to get a refund.
I did eventually get my 76$ back. This is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars.
I still dont trust this company and I won't be purchasing from them ever again.

I ordered 3 sympathy flower arrangements to be sent to 3 different locations on 6/26/26. All 3 orders were cancelled within hours of placing the order and speaking to a representative. All cancellations were due to lack of delivery availability to the recipients. All the delivery locations were in well developed,populated locations. My credit card was charged and despite calling multiple times regarding my refund I was told I should be seeing the refund. Well NOTHING has been refunded. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It seems that a lot of people have had the same experience.
Addendums : Starluck replied that they only see 1 order for flowers but I have 3 order numbers and my credit card was charged for the 3 orders.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because there are no MINUS stars!!! Do NOT do business with these people. I gave them my order because we had dealt with Bellevue Florist for 35 years & they always did a great job. But now apparently it’s new owners, called Starluck. I paid for a huge $60 bouquet of white & yellow daisies. My dauaghter ended up with a yellow coffee mug that had about 5 daisies & 2 yellow roses in it and cost about $30 online. The guy asked me to give a review BEFORE they delivered the order, & I foolishly did that while he waited on the phone, because I thought I was dealing with Bellevue Florist. I was WRONG! And now I cannot reach them to get a refund. Gee, what a surprise! DO NOT ORDER FLOWER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU’LL BE SCAMMED!!!

Ordered Flowers for my aunt; it was canceled on their end, no email. After the day of delivery, I didn't get a message from my aunt, and I knew it was never delivered. I ordered on July 1, it was canceled on July 1 because the addresswas outside the delivery area, and refunded on July 1st. It's July 10th, no refund, no notification, no Flowers!! Should have done some research!! If they did notify me, I could have given another address more in town. They just want your money and info to scam you.

This company allowed me to put my order in saying an arrangement could be delivered for my grandmothers funeral. 10 min later they cancelled my order saying the florist wouldn’t deliver to that area. That was on June 28 2026. On July 3 2026 they still took money from my checking account. I have contacted them several times and have been promised a refund. I have yet to get a refund and communication has stopped.
100% do not recommend using them!

I ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers on June 29th, to be delivered to my daughter's workplace. I called them back just a few minutes later to add an item to the order and the person I spoke to told me that the delivery driver said the delivery was too far away. I told them to just go ahead and cancel the order. They charged my card anyway and I still haven't received a refund.
I don't understand why they are still allowed to keep this business open. 🤷🏻‍♀️😤

It was easy to order on the website. I got a promise that the flowers would be delivered as requested. Calls from the company were polite and helpful. In

Do not use this company. Its a scam operation. They will take your money, cancel your order almost immediately, state they processed a refund, then never process it. Shop local or use FTD. Dont make the mistake I made.

I ordered flowers from StarLuck Flowers on May 6, 2026 at 3:00pm, after asking if they can deliver to a specific location. 30 minutes later, I got an email cancelling my order. They said they could not deliver to my location. I paid $48.70 for that order. I have called them 11 times, and sent two emails as directed. It is July 9th and I’m still trying to get my refund! These people are definitely scam artists. Save your time and money. Find another company to deliver your flowers. Respectfully submitted. Lisa A.
