I ordered from Starluck Flowers because they are a local florist, and I am glad I did. They were very patient with me and I went through various arrangements to order and gave me suggestions as to what would work best. And then when I called back to change the order, they were still just as patient and kind. I have no doubt the flowers will be baautiful!

I did an online purchase for flowers on 6/15 to be delivered to a friend. Contact my friend that evening to see if she received. She did not. So the following day I called them and I was told that they didn’t receive their flower delivery. They did not even call me to tell me this but they charged my credit card on the 15th. I was told I would receive a refund in the next couple of days. Called again on 19th, the refund was never made but he (Matthew) would personally do it that day. On the 22nd I called back and was told by Matthew I would have it in a couple of days, never received. This happened 2 more times. It is now July 8 and I still haven’t received. They took my monies right after I placed order but still to date no refund. Matthew was no help and didn’t seem apologetic at all.

This was my first experience with Starluck. They were super helpful and made sure everything was correct on the order. I appreciate the ease of service.

Wow i wish I would of knew that they are a scam. I boughtt my gf flowers from them today just for them to tell me they are refunding me my money back and I am to recieve it 5-10 days. This place really sucks we did not wait 5-10 daysvfor them to get the money for the flowers but yet we have to wait 5-10 days before we get the money back and thats if that even happens. I sure will never buy flowers from them ever again poor customer service

Reviews are real! Scam- stay away, i was reimbursed by my bank. They cancel immediately after transaction.

Patrick was great and checked in with me to make sure all of the details of the delivery were correct and everything would go smoothly for the delivery.

Starluck Flowers is UNRELIABLE!! I spent a great deal of time placing my order. I immediately received a confirmation. Hours later I received a message saying my order had been cancelled which I had not initiated. I called and because it was not during office hours I had to write to them. I received a message saying the supplier could not fulfill my order and I would receive a refund. If this were true, I should not have received a confirmation!! Since then I have read other reviews that revealed this company was a total scam!!

Scammers! They take your CC info and refund it, then will scam you in a few days.

Wonderful experience! Patrick called to verify everything and confirm delivery. I highly recommend if you are looking to use a local vendor. It could not have gone smoother!

2ND UPDATE: Their response is a lie. My bank confirmed there was no credit ever initiated. There was the charge for the flowers several hours after the cancellation on 7/3 and then a 2nd charge for the same amount on 7/4. Do not use this company ever. You will have to fight to get your money back. In my case I had to cancel my bankcard because they were trying to charge it a 2nd time and felt my account would be subject to more fraud.

UPDATE: there is a pending second charge for the order on my now closed bankcard. If you look up this company on the Better Business Bureau there are over 1k complaints.

Ordered some flowers for a relative with a terminal diagnosis. Made order online, then order cancelled saying delivery couldn't be made. Then order was charged to my bankcard well after the cancelation. I will be disputing the charge. This company is a scam. Address is some P.O. Box place in Las Vegas. Same story as other customers.

Posed as a local florist. Order was immediately cancelled and I was told I would receive a refund in 10 business days. I had to open a dispute with my bank after over a month went by with no refund. Total scam.

Great job , wasn’t ordered flowers

Unfortunately I never received my order from Starluck Flowers servicing Middletown NY. I ordered 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to the Hospital (Garnet Health) in Middletown and was sent an email saying the orders were received and were being filled for delivery. I also checked and saw that I was charged for both arrangements on my credit card. I tried to track the delivery of my order but the link never worked. I had not heard from my friend that she received the flower arrangements so I called the phone number on Starluck Flowers website. I was told my ordered had been cancelled since they can't delivery to the address I provided and I was sent an email yesterday stating that fact. I told the woman I never received a cancellation email for either order and my credit card was charged the full amount for both arrangements. She told me that a refund was already issued, which I was angry about even being charged in the first place if you are not going to deliver and cancel my order. I also told her I found it hard to believe they couldn't deliver flowers to a hospital and that it should be stated as such on their website. After I hung the phone I was issued an email stating my orders were cancelled. I was very disappointed as my friend should have received well wishes from us as she was recovering in the hospital and I didn't get them to her. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. Don't believe the 5 star reviews they boast about on their website. My suggestion: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am still waiting for my refund.
