I ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers on July 16, 2026. My order was received and immediately canceled. I was sent an email that my order had been refunded. When I checked my credit card account, there was a charge on it from Starluck Flowers. DO NOT USE THEM!! I will be contacting the BBB!!! Kim F.

This company is terrible. I have still not received a refund and it's been over a month. I have called several times with the same promise of sending the refund in 2 to 3 days. They were the ones who actually cancelled the order after I placed it because it was out of their delivery range. I think the entire company is a scam. I would give it a zero rating if it was possible.

Hi, did a Google search for florist in Saint Marie’s Idaho. Starluck flowers came up. I ordered a bouquet and received an email but when I tried to track the package, it said oops something went wrong. Within an hour of placing the order, I received an email saying they were canceling the order. And that they would issue a refund. All the reviews I read about this company were not good. I called my bank and had my credit card shut down. Please don’t order from this company.

Placed an order for delivery, called to get an idea of delivery time and was told 2-3 hours from time of order and was told everything would be delivered in a timely manner. Next thing I know I get an email about 20 minutes after that stating my order has been canceled and I'll get my refund in 7 to 10 days. What a scam I wish I had read the reviews before I ever ordered from them.

Ordered flowers and got an email back saying local florist couldn't deliver so they issued me a refund. I called my bank and no refund had been processed. Luckily I was able to file a dispute and stop the payment.

I placed an order and within minutes it was cancelled. I received an email and said cancelled and refund would be sent. Payment was taken several days later and no refund. I called and have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting on someone to answer. I put in the address and it said they delivered there and immediately sent the email saying they don't. I want my refund.

They charged my card for a flower deliver I ordered and then immediately cancelled my order stating they can’t deliver to my area—returning my money to my card. Then a week later they charged my card a second time with the same amount without my permission and of course didn’t send any flowers. Clearly a fraudulent site. I had to cancel my card.
