You charged my account 29.00 dollars, 19.00 and 75.95 .all on June 3rd. 2026...Without me receiving anything.
July 17, 2026 I finally received two packages of 6.35 ounces each.
Please refund my money to my account. And I will return these 2 little packages of Erth superfood brew...unopened.

Never received my order. Asked for it to be cancelled and refunded but that never happened either. The email correspondence just stopped, even though I've emailed about it many times. Horrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with this company!! I was excited to give this product a try but it's been almost a month and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I've contacted support and the only thing offered was a discount on a product I haven't been able ti try. Definitely unhappy. I don't even want their product just my money back.

Well.....I paid over $50 and never received anything. I emailed repeatedly for either an explanation or refund. After over a week I got an,email saying no refund and there was a supply chain,problem. OK, doesn't excuse bad customer service. Welp here we are and still no coffee....no money back....nadda....nothing. Told on July 14th it would be shipped. July 28 th per UPS nothing. Be careful if you decide to order. Besides email you can't even call these guys.

Please everyone don’t buy or do any subscription with this company. They don’t answer emails. They don’t get back to you at all. The contact us - 24/7 nobody monitors. If you want to log in to site you can’t even log in unless you want to see your order and you can’t cancel from the site.

Haven’t received anything but they want a review… its been 3 weeks since I ordered and paid for product. It still has not even been shipped. Definitely regret ordering from you

I still haven't received my order. You took the money out of my bank on July 3, 2026. You finally gave me a tracking number 9219790411389200174348 and a label was made and still in NY.

I would love to taste and experience the wonderful effects it will bring, and give you a good review, but at this time it is impossible!

This has got to be worst company ever. 10 days after ordering and paying, I hadn't received any information from Erth. I sent a couple of emails and finally heard back from Jordan, who gave me a long old excuse about the shipping facility that my order got sent to had run out of coffee and my order sat in limbo. She assured me that my order would be going out in the few few days, 10 days later, I've heard nothing. I sent another email requesting my refund and have yet to hear back. Just today I saw hundreds of posts of people that got scammed as well. Don't waste your time!!!!

I still have not received my coffee order! I am very discouraged with this company☹️

Ordered on July 13, no status for my package yet. Emailed customer 4 times with no response. I think I’ll just cancelled my order and dispute the charges if this company will do something like this to people. I’ve used mushroom coffee before and Everyday dose is the best but I need to try this one I saw on Facebook but they suck!!! No customer service!!! 0 star review for me!!!

Too expensive for the quality. The taste was better then most but I never noticed a difference with my energy unfortunately. Beware when you buy the special becauae it automatically enrolls you in a monthly membership to get more product. When they warn you it's too late to cancel, so I received 2 more packages of this stuff that won't be used because it had no impact on me.

You don’t want my review. I ordered the first of June and have yet to receive my order, although it has been paid for. So, I ordered again and haven’t to receive that order. It’s been a month. I have 2 orders paid for and have yet to receive either of them.

I placed my order on July 4 and still don’t have it! Got a notice that they made a mistake, ok but it still hasn’t been rectified. And they have my money! Product is supposedly coming from out of the country! Say that up front!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I never received my initial purchase. They then tried to charge my card again for some subscription, luckily my fraud dept declined it. So I never received initial purchase and now am waiting on a new card because these fools are crooks.

Still have yet to receive my order! It has been awaiting a label since 7/19. I’m so far very displeased with this company. It might change when I get the chance to actually try the product.

I would love to give a review, but I have never received my order. I ordered and paid in full on July 6. Two weeks later I got a very nice email from the company saying they had messed up and my order went to a fulfillment center that was out of product. A very nice apology and my order had been rerouted and it was on its way. It is now July 25, and still no coffee. Glad this wasn’t a rush order.

I still haven’t received it yet so no comment other than …..I’m still waiting. I was told on July 14th that you screwed up and it would go out of another fulfillment center in the next 2-4 days.
