I ordered flowers for my SIL for a funeral on her side of the family. The flowers were never delivered and they sent me an email later telling me my order was cancelled. The funeral is now over and I didn't have an opportunity to order elsewhere. I cannot express my disgust with this company enough. Absolutely horrible.

I ordered flowers for a sister's birthday. Kiky Florist called the next day to confirm delivery instructions. They then asked me to write them a review BEFORE the delivery. I told them I'd wait until the flowers arrived to see their work. No flowers were ever delivered. Birthday surprise ruined.

Great experience

Placed order with Kiky Florist for my supervisors sister funeral services. Received call from Patrick regarding my order. He was very helpful and informative regarding the type of flowers in the arrangement and when the flowers would be delivered. I can't wait to see the arrangement!

They took the order and asked me to write a positive review before the flowers arrived.
The next day they cancelled the order and promised a refund.
They are not a local florist. They are a broker that takes orders then tries to fulfill them. STAY AWAY

Ordered flowers for a friend. Paid $90. Waited all day for delivery. At 4:30 pm I received an email that the order was cancelled and I would get my refund in 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Absolute scam. Do NOT use this company

Ordered flowers for next day delivery to surprise my mom for her birthday and they called me day of delivery and told me their driver wasn’t able to deliver them for two more days which would’ve been two days past my moms birthday so I cancelled the order.

I tried to order flowers for my daughter. It was a same day delivery. After taking my money they cancelled my order because they couldn’t find a company to fill it. I assumed it was an actual florist shop in Blaine Minnesota. By the time it was cancelled, it was too late to find another unless I paid a lot of money. I would not trust them. Beware!!!

Kiky responded to my review on here acting as if they’d done nothing wrong and the extra charge - a week later, mind you - was an issue with my bank. If this is the case, I wonder why they reached out to me themselves via email saying it was their error and apologizing? Trying to save face online while still lying to people is an even worse look than scamming in the first place, and if I knew how to add photos, I’d add the proof here!

The person on the phone wanted me to complete a five star review before he even finished The order. I believe they tried to deliver, but it was canceled by them. Don't recommend.

I placed an order for flowers, they cancelled to order and said they would issue a refund. It'd been over a month and I still have not received the refund. I've called and asked to speak with a supervisor and have been hung up on twice. I've since disputed the charge with my cc company. This company is a scam operation.

They are not a florist but rather a third-party broker. While they advertise same-day, they can't actually promise that because they aren't doing the work. They go to other florist and if they aren't able to fulfill the order, they just cancel it without timely notification. I ordered an arrangement, they said it was confirmed, charged my credit card and didn't get a notice that it wasn't delivered until the next day. Now they say it could take 5-7 days for the charge to be reversed.
