Wonderful company! They reached out shortly after I placed the order to confirm the address and ask what time I wanted the delivery to arrive. They were very kind, informative, and helpful to ensure the flowers get where they need to go. Highly recommend!

I ordered same day delivery flowers for a birthday party on Saturday, September 5th, (#108155)... 18 minutes later, I received a Cancelation email; " Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers".
3rd email Confirmed refund. The charge was on hold on my card ...disappeared next day and 5 days later a charge appeared. I called 800.646.8308 to customer service and told a refund would appear 10-15 days. "Are you freaking kidding me". The charge went off of hold in 48 hrs and recharged 4 days later. A cancelation of a credit card charge happens at midnight, the charge is put on hold and IF THE CHARGE WAS ACTUALLY CANCELED IN THE SYSTEM, IT'S RELEASED FROM YOUR CARD IN 2 BUSINESS DAY... each credit card company is different, but share similar processes. THE ORDER WAS CANCELED BY STARLUCK IN AN EMAIL ON 09/05/2026 AND IN ACTUALITY, IT WAS NEVER CANCELED IN THEIR SYSTEM TO FALSELY CHARGE ME 6 DAYS LATER, 09/11/2026 . ""I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY"" OR I'M GOING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF MARYLAND AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT OF FRAUD.

This company is fraudulent, one month and several emails later they have not refunded my money. They cancelled the order and two days later took money from my account. No refund given.

Easy process, great communication & overall wonderful experience!

This was a critical order, that needed to be delivered that specific day. No explanation, no communciation, just an auto refund with, again, no explanation of any kind.

Never got a refund one month later never could deliver my order at in total bogus bull ! Major scammers ! Stay away !!

This company is a SCAM! Do NOT order from them! The Better Business Bureau has over 800 complaints about them just from the past 12 months. They claim to be a local florist, but once the purchase is confirmed, they will cancel it, assure you they will get you a refund in 5-10 business days, but absolutely will not refund you. You’ll only get the same apology and promise they are working on it. I’ve been writing to them for over a month and keep promising they’re working on it and handling it personally, but I Googled them and it is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! You will not get flowers or your money back!

It is a SCAM!!!!! The 4 & 5 tar reviews are FAKE. They take your order and your money, then cancel the order citing delivery issues. You will not get your money back.
I am working on shutting them down.

I ordered a plant and received a confirmation then it was suddenly cancelled. I was charged for the plant and still haven't received a refund. Don't use these people.

Extremely happy with my order, very helpful with making sure the order was correct and went over the instructions to make sure the order would be delivered without issues. Great prices as well.

My credit card was charged a confirmation was sent and then with no explanation cancelled hours later. I will not receive the money back in my account for 5 to 10 days. This is a SCAM site.

Starluck took my flower order. Charged my card. Never emailed confirmation. Day of delivery came and no flowers. Called and they said order was canceled. How very unprofessional. I asked why my card was charged and they said a refund is coming. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and had to rush to get another florist to get flowers ordered and delivered same day. This company should not be allowed to have a website. If I could rate zero I would.

I’m not sure why sometimes this online retailer comes up as having 4.8 stars but most times come up as 1 star because clearly they are scamming people. Google needs to remove them as a retailer that comes up when you search for local florist. I still have not gotten my refund a month after they had immediately canceled my order.

Person who took the order assured me it would be delivered same day between 4 & 5 pm. Received an email the next morning that the order had been cancelled. No reason given. I had already alerted my ill sister that the flowers would be left on the doorstep for her.
Email said the refund would go back on my credit card -- in 6 to 10 days.

LAME. BUSH LEAGUE. INSULTING NON APOLOGY. HEY SHYSTER, DON'T PRETEND MY BANK IS THE REASON FOR HOLDING ON TO MY MONEY FOR 5 - 10 DAYS.

"I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again." THEN "I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you."

this company sucks DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY absolutely terrible (non-existent) customer service, the phone number is NEVER answered and they don't deliver on time if ever!!!!!!!!
