For My step Moms birthday I ordered a bouquet of flower .
Within a few hours a received an email saying they had no delivery drivers and cancelled the order.
They promised to refund the money within 7 to 10 business days.
That was June 8th and I’m still waiting on that refund.
Stay away from this business!!!
I ended up using 1800flowers and had an amazing experience.
Do yourself a favor and never use this business

Patrick called me to double check all the info and to make sure someone would be home to receive the flowers. Due to them not being able to withstand the heat. He called me the same day the order was placed. I would recommend this company for care and delivery.

I ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers on July 12, 2026. My order was received and immediately canceled. I was sent an email that my order had been refunded. Then I call Starluck and was told that they would cancel on their end, instead it was charged. When I checked my credit card account, there was a charge on it from Starluck Flowers 6 days later after I call them that the charge was pending. All they will tell you is that it will be refunded in a few days. DO NOT USE THEM!! I will be contacting the BBB.

Scam do not use. Ordered flowers and had to cancel credit card. They have taken over numerous web sites. They are from NY and phone numbers are answered by people from other countries. Ruth Roses is another scam company. FBI investigating.
