This company is fraudulent, one month and several emails later they have not refunded my money. They cancelled the order and two days later took money from my account. No refund given.

Rough start but ended well
Updating my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Let me start by saying the person I spoke with initially and then after my issue, Patrick, was great and honestly the reason I am willing to give this company a better review. He was honest, attentive, and made my flower delivery happen and the recipient was happy. He made me feel better about this whole experience, and I will likely use them again because of him. If my rating was based solely on my interaction with him, it would be 5 stars. My one star off comes from the fact that the tracking on their site does not seem to work, and when I called I was told by someone else that yes it was delivered (and it was not), making me wonder what screen they were looking at. It also upset me that I was lied to regarding the delivery occurring. This also leads me to wondering if this is why so many give them bad reviews. My advice is if you use this company, just stay on it to make sure your order gets delivered, as they use local florists and things can happen.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. My wife had a very close friend who was on her last days and wanted to be home with her family when she died. My wife looked at Starluck Flowers and the address said the town her friend lived in, so she ordered flowers from them. After placing the order she read some reviews that were not good at all. She immediately called Starluck Flowers and they said they would cancel her order and she would not be charged. I was watching our credit card closely....after 8 days the charge went through. I had to contact my Credit Card customer service and now it is in dispute and could take up to 90 days to get it fixed, if at all. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM...PERIOD!!! Now they ask for my order information, but to send it to them at their email address(which I can't put here per policy) Which I just did. But, by the time I read that they wanted more in formation, my review was taken down by Trustpilot. Another way Starluck Flowers scams people.

This company is total garbage
This company is total garbage. PLEASE don't waste your time and money with them. Customer service was some of the worst I've encountered, people answering the line and not even realizing they're on a live call. When I finally did get to talk to someone they couldn't answer any of my questions. It's honestly my fault for going with them. To be fair to myself I was lied to about them having a florist in my area. PLEASE just go with a local florist.

I still stand by this review. I tried multiple times, 4 emails to be exact with promises of a refund. Never happened. I finally disputed with my bank and got my money back.
DO NOT use this company. Evidently their method if operation is to take the order, cancel shortly thereafter saying flowers not deliverable and claim they'll issue a refund. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks with promises that "Robertha Kiley,
Customer Service Manager, is personally looking into this". BS, they are scammers. Call your bank if they did this to you!

The delivery did not show up and neither did the refund. Total scam! Had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Was told by the bank that you have 60 days to dispute. Don’t wait!

Flowers Shouldnt Cause so Much PAIN
I ordered from Starluck after my dad died. When I placed the order online, a man called me to confirm and made fun of me saying "only women order flowers for themselves." I was in a very sad place so I ignored it but when the order arrived, it was the entirely wrong bouquet (I had ordered one with a keepsake pitcher to remind me of dad) AND it was very wilty and brownish. I asked the delivery lady to please take them back and ask the florist to call. They did. And BADGERED me about letting them resend it until I finally said I want a refund and hung up in TEARS. I checked my bank a few days later and...surprise!...no refund...no flowers. After checking online this seems standard operating procedure for this company. I have had to go through additional hassle to request my bank reverse charges (which they are) in my time of grief. I BEG YOU, for your own sake, please, don't order flowers from here. If you decide to, PLEASE, review the BBB and their complaints which are pretty epic across the web. I am betting there will be a Class action lawsuit before too much longer, since it seems this company steals professionally (at least that is what I gather from their reviews).

Upon delivery, the driver was requested to take the arrangement back as it was refused at the door. Although our local partner florist charged us in full for the completed design and delivery attempt, we still processed a full refund to your account to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Please allow standard banking timelines for your credit card issuer to reflect the credited balance.

They promised to refund the money within 7 to 10 business days.
That was June 8th and I’m still waiting on that refund.
Stay away from this business!!!
I ended up using 1800flowers and had an amazing experience.
Do yourself a favor and never use this business
