Call handler took time to listen and understand the query I was raising, investigated and resolved in a professional and friendly manner. It was a Source4B transcription error on final meter reading on meter swap - it pays to keep the meter changeover card as human error can creep in during the process. Overall very well handled.

But I have never had anything other than an excellent experience with Source for Business's Customer Service team. I would like to thank Louise for the efficient, professional and knowledgeable manner in which she responded to my enquiry. My call was answered quickly, she listened effectively and handled all my questions with the utmost courtesy. I spoke to Hassan
I spoke to Hassan. It was a complex issue that was causing a lot of worry for my Boss and concern of his Tenants.
Water Bills had become excessive and we were trying to ascertain why.
Hassan patiently listened to the background to the story, he went into records and provided lots of questions that were previously unanswered. He provided me with contact details for the local Engineers who had been booked for a Flow Test and had been cancelled by someone unknown to us.
After speaking to the Engineers, and following their advice I returned and spoke again to Hassan, He went to immense trouble to guide me through a step by step plan of action, and forwarded a form to my Boss to book the appointment.
Hassan is an absolute Gem, he has put us at ease and confident that his company have listened to us and will get to the bottom of the issue.
I joked with him that he should get a promotion to CEO .You are very lucky to have staff like Hussan - Excellent Customer Service.
