Πραγματικα κακιστη σαν εφαρμογή δεν με αφηνει να συνδεθω στον λογαριασμό μου εδω και 9 μήνες γράφοντας μονο something is wrong try again later
Έχω προσπαθήσει να την σβήσω και να την ξανακατεβάσω και να αλλάξω κωδικό αλλά δεν αλλάζει κάτι.Μετά πήρα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν μ το σήκωσαν σε 15 λεπτά και πάτησα να με καλέσουν πίσω το οποίο δεν Έγινε ποτε και μετά από όλα αυτά ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο και περίμενα 27 λεπτά και μετά απλα μου το έκλεισαν τραγικό απλά

GoodSolid digital bank, great support
Good, clean app. Set-up took maybe 10 minutes from my phone. I use it mostly for quick transfers and tracking my budget. The instant notifications when you tap your card are instant, and the app doesn't lag or freeze like some other banking apps I've tried. No complaints here.

Απαράδεκτη. Όλα πηγαίνουν στραβά σε αυτή την τράπεζα. Από όταν εγκρίθηκε το foul pass προσπαθώ να μπω στην τράπεζα για να πιστώσεις το ποσό και μου γράφει συνέχεια σφάλμα. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο για κάποια βοήθεια και δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ. Λένε σε ηχητικό να πατήσουμε το 0 για να επικοινωνήσει καποιος εκπρόσωπος και όπως το λένε μηδέν επικοινωνία. Κρίμα γιατί υποθετικά είναι μια καινούρια τράπεζα που θέλουν πελάτες.

The worst app
The worst app, I can not create an account due to the kyc verification. I have social security number and my documents but the kyc verification failed and I wanted to activate the kythira pass voucher! I did not have problems with other banks in the past! Worst experience ever! They don't find a solution. The reason behind this is that the photos of my identity were not accepted from their end. You can provide another solutions such as passport . Wasted time.

Greeks Only!
This bank is only for Greek citizens.
Permanent residents with an AFM and Adia Diamonis card can’t open an account, which totally defeats the purpose of online neobanking.
When I called customer service, the representative was super reluctant to confirm it, which makes it clear this is a discriminatory policy that probably violates EU laws.

Titel: Sehr schlechter Kundenservice – keine Hilfe erhalten
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Egal ob telefonisch oder über den Chat – man bekommt einfach keine richtige Hilfe. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unmotiviert oder nicht ausreichend informiert, und mein Anliegen wurde überhaupt nicht gelöst.
Statt Unterstützung zu bekommen, wird man nur weitergeleitet oder bekommt unklare Antworten. So stellt man sich Kundenservice definitiv nicht vor.
Ich kann diesen Service leider nicht empfehlen und hoffe, dass sich hier dringend etwas verbessert.
