Ξεκάθαρα δεν μπορούν να διαχειριστούν ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!!!! Νοιώθω ότι δημιουργήθηκε από μια παρέα της γειτονιάς χωρίς να έχουν καμία σχέση με διαχειρηση τραπεζών!!! εχω ταλαιπωρηθεί του απιστεύτου!!!!

Too many problems…

I called them 3 times and I requested to call me back cause the waiting time was above 10 minutes!They never called!The app when is updating it erases everything.The app isn’t understanding if you are customer or you want to make a new account!!

Kein guter Service

Titel: Sehr schlechter Kundenservice – keine Hilfe erhalten

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Egal ob telefonisch oder über den Chat – man bekommt einfach keine richtige Hilfe. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unmotiviert oder nicht ausreichend informiert, und mein Anliegen wurde überhaupt nicht gelöst.

Statt Unterstützung zu bekommen, wird man nur weitergeleitet oder bekommt unklare Antworten. So stellt man sich Kundenservice definitiv nicht vor.

Ich kann diesen Service leider nicht empfehlen und hoffe, dass sich hier dringend etwas verbessert.

Άθλια Εξυπηρέτηση - Απαράδεκτοι Χρόνοι Αναμονής - Αδιαφορία

Αποπλήρωσα δάνειο Cash Now μέσα σε λιγότερο απο 30 ημέρες και τρεις μέρες μετά, ακόμα περιμένω την επιστροφή του 70% των εξόδων, όπως υπόσχονται στην εφαρμογή. Η υποστήριξη άθλια. Χρόνοι αναμονής στο Live Chat και στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο απαράδεκτοι. Με είχαν 40 λεπτά σε αναμονή και μου το 'κλεισαν πριν καταφέρω να μιλήσω με κάποιον. Ούτε στο email μου έχουν απαντήσει. Ούτε με έχουν πάρει πίσω τηλέφωνο ενώ το διάλεξα μετά. Απαίσια εμπειρία.

Κακιστη εφαρμογη

Κακιστη εφαρμογη. Κατ' αρχας, δεν μπορεσα να κανω πληρωμη, ουτε με την απλη καρτα , ουτε με την προπληρωμενη fuel pass. To POS της επιχειρισης εβγαζε μηνυμα "δοκιμαστε μικροτερο ποσο " ενω υπηρχαν αρκετα χρηματα στο λογαριασμο. Δυο φορες καλεσα την γραμμη εξυπηρετησης, δυο φορες με εγραψαν στα παλαιοτερα των υποδηματων τους και δεν καλεσαν πισω. Επισης, η εφαρμογη "χανει" βιομετρικα στοιχεια κλπ, και φυσικα το ανακαλυπτεις την ωρα που πας να πληρωσεις.

The app doesn’t work properly

The app doesn’t work properly, when you try to login it recognizes you as both a new customer and an existing one and it creates a loop, you can’t log in. I wouldn’t recommend.

Snappi experience!!!!?????

I have been trying since April 8th to activate my Fuel Pass digital card through the Snappi app. I have approval from vouchers.gov.gr, but the app does not send any SMS with the verification code — it only sends an email.
I called the customer service number 210 483 8000. They took my details and told me “we will call you back.” Since then, no communication at all. There is no live chat in the app, only a phone line that puts you on hold for 25 minutes with no further update.
The customer service is non-existent and the app does not work properly even for something as simple as activating a digital card. Extremely disappointing experience from a bank that advertises itself as “easy and fast.”
I strongly advise everyone not to choose Snappi for Fuel Pass.

Be curious, try snappi.

It started slow but was eager to change and adapt. Great Experience, the Benefits are Daily, building a very trustworthy loyalty system. Application works fine, looking forward to new features.

If we can rate revolut with 9 or 10 we…

If we can rate revolut with 9 or 10 we can rate snappi with -10. The worst app. You cannot add money instantly you need to wait days to see the money in your account and when you are sharing the problem with them they answer talk with your bank. At the same time they are charging you because you are late to pay the loan. Also No apple pay is available.

Απαραδεκτοι και εντλεως ΜΗ επαγγελματιες. Παραπληροφόρηση για το δωρο και κατοπιν αιτηματος μου περιμενα 2 μηνες για διαγραφη λογαριασμου και στο τελος με μπλοκαραν ενω μου ειχαν πει οτι θα μπορω να ψτιαξω εκ νεου λογαριασμο. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ

A digital bank that feels human

I have been using the app since its launch in the market with no significant issues - overall a very nice experience.
What really stands out, though, is the vibe. Snappi doesn’t just feel like another bank, it feels human. Clear communication, helpful support, and a brand that actually seems to care about its customers.

So Rude Employee that I stopped the process

Your employees are - intentionally - rude that I stopped the process. This is a typical Greek attitude for making a service to look niche. However, this is outdated nowadays with so many platforms available. Change your mind before it is too late. I have already informed 5 people of mine not to try open a snappy account and I will continue. Congratulations on your effort!
