Great platform, interesting focus on agriculte.
The interface is simple, investments are easy to make, and the information about loans is clear.
A good option if you’re looking for something different from typical P2P platforms.

They take your money but block you taking it back. I made an investment. However, I suddenly got prompted via their website that I need to reverify. I click on the link they provide and the new page says the verification is either disabled or doesn't even exit.

Because they say I need to re-verify, they have blocked my Withdrawals. I have checked my emails and can find nothing about needed to reverify. Also their online ticket system is very basic. There is no contact email or phone number. You really are in the blind. Beware!

Gute und übersichtliche Investitions-Plattform

Very good platform that I enjoy a lot.
Pro:
- transparency (!)
- good returns
- secondary market is efficient
- good customer support

Room for (minor) improvements:
- TFA via google authenticator (now via mail)
- loans are min 50 EUR wich leaves some loans left with 'blocked' availability
- Autoinvest is always as quick as some other platforms
- no loyalty system (maybe not necessarily a disadvantage)
- some additional metrics/data/overview could be useful.

But don't let these minor issues (not real issues btw) hold you back: this is really a very good P2P platform.

Because I'm happy to support european agriculture and to get very good interst rates.
Moreover, compared to other platforms, what I really appreciate is the fact they never give up and always recover our funds and we can follow they recovering work un real time.

I’ve built a small income stream with LANDE. Most loans pay interest monthly, and the 12% return is impressive for something secured by collateral.

Tengo problemas para acceder a la plataforma de inversión y no responden los emails.
Es imposible acceder porque no llegan los emails con el código de authenticación, tampoco entra en spam. Les escribes a su email y no responden nunca. Solo te queda la opción de llamarles por teléfono, peor al no saber su idioma, es imposible para mí. No es la primera vez que me pasa. La última vez estuve más de tres meses sin poder acceder a la plataforma y solo dieron señales de vida cuando les pude una mala reseña. Pues nada, aquí va otra a ver si así responden.

Mich hat das Geschäftsmodell mit den hochbesicherten Agrarkrediten überzeugt, weil ich als Investor mehr Sicherheiten habe und zudem meine Zinsen monatlich ausgeschüttet bekomme. Lande eignet sich ideal als Beimischung für mein Dividenden-Portfolio!

Investments are supposed to be secured against farming machinery. However when things go wrong it can take around 2 YEARS to get the money back, in my case the farmer is claiming the tractor is broken, when the balif's went in it was in pieces (how convenient, I suspect the farmer sabotaged it!) auctions have been and gone and due to it's state it didn't sell. LANDE has now agreed to give the farmer MORE MONEY to fix it so it can sell, I ca assure LANDE it will simply develop another fault "conveniently" but in the mean time MORE EXCUSES as the farmer now claims the supplier has sold the part to someone else, so the farmer now has more money from LANDE and the tractor is still "sabotaged" I suspect he just puts it back together when he needs it and leaves it in pieces for when the balif's come! I have reached out to LANDE support and had no response, just sent a second online ticket today after waiting a month for a response to the last one. Their website doesn't supply an email address to contact them, only online ticket via their website.

Llevo más de un mes con ellos y en todo este tiempo no han tenido ninguna inversión en mercado primario, al no tener nada en este mercado decido mirar el mercado secundario y me encuentro retrasos increíbles con un elevadisimo riesgo sin ninguna rebaja, espero un tiempo para ver si sale alguna inversión pero nada por lo que decido sacar parte del depósito inicial para invertir en otro sitio y no tenerlo parado, aquí viene mi sorpresa que tengo que verificar con todos los datos del banco, dirección y extractos bancarios siendo este el mismo con el que realice el depósito inicial en LANDE, bueno lo hago y llevo dos semanas esperando a que verifiquen la cuenta y poder sacar mi dinero, la semana pasada les mandé un mail exponiendo esto que os cuento y a día de hoy sigo igual sin respuesta y con mi dinero parado.

Ich wollte mein P2P Portfolio um besicherte Agrarkredite erweitern und wählte dafür die Plattform Lade im Zuge des Neukundenbonus mit 2 % für 30 Tage aus. Die Kredite werden mit 11 bis 14 % p.a. ausgegeben, besitzen ein LTV 30 bis 60 % und sind besichert.
Da es saisonale Schwankungen in der Summe der Kreditvergabe und der Anzahl von Projekten gibt - schließlich finanziert man Agrarkredite - und ich dadurch ein nicht breit diversifiziertes Portfolio aufbauen konnte, trat ich mit dem Support per Mail in Verbindung, wobei die Antwortzeiten variierten und spätestens auf Rückfrage eine Antwort erhält. Über mehrere Mails fanden wir eine zufriedenstellende Lösung und ich werde nun auch ohne einen voll ausgeschöpften Neukundenbonus mein Portfolio weiter ausbauen.

At first, you appeared to be a very attractive investment platform, but the further it goes, the more it seems like you are losing control of the situation. The platform is becoming a place for people who want to borrow money and then immediately declare artificial bankruptcies. Investors come here to make money, not to wait half a year for interest payments or the conclusion of bankruptcy cases. It looks absurd when especially Romanians choose not to pay anything for the entire period; I wouldn't allow such a model at all. And then you see a bankruptcy declared. This is called an abuse and fraud scheme. It's starting to make me look for more reliable investment options....

I opened an account on Lande on 10 May 2023. In all l have deposited €100 and bought shares in 10 Loans. As of today 9 September 2024 the situation is as follows:

I think it is fair to say that this is a very poor outcome.

Mon iban était bloqué en attente de vérification depuis quelque temps,j' ai envoyé un email au service client et ils ont réglé le problème dans la journée.👍

I have struggled for 6 weeks to withdraw funds. I have provided multiple IBANs. And have now been verified by Lande. These IBAN accounts I have successfully used on other investments sites for many years. And now the IBAN is suddenly unverfied. How do you verity ..then unverifiy an IBAN? Are the systems second guessing themselves? My latest coorespondance email notification now states my "application is rejected". How is that even possible? These systems are brittle at best and seem to me to be in a dangerous state of noncompliance. I doubt I can trust this platform at all.
As I said, I have tried many times so I write this begrudgingly. I know full well that negative sentiment is not good for companies, but I am desperate to withdraw my funds and it seems I just can't.

I appreciate the quick and constructive help in solving my problems.
