SIXT Ireland Anmeldelser

Very good experience with Sixt. Since the airport office I was really happy with the information and details provided by the agent at the airport office (Mukesh). Thanks a lot.

Warm welcome. Precise information. Good tourist tips. Quick transaction and on our way ..., perfect.

A very good and smooth check in process. The assistant who helped me with the car and check in was very friendly and great at customer service skills

Feel ripped off being charged 10 Euro a day for Appleplay

Please be careful with this company—they stole our money. The airport manager made us return the car, which had room for seven people, even though there were only six of us. He forced us to return the car immediately and didn't refund our money.

quality car easy pick up and delivery after trip

Top quality car and top quality service all the way !

really exceptional customer service - everything was quick and easy. Definitely the best car rental experience I have had so far. Would highly recommend and will be back again

It was easy to pick up the car at the airport, and a shuttle to the Rental Site was provided. In general the staff at the airport was knowlegable and we felt well supported.
Returning the car was also quite simple and without any issues.
So far I never had problems with Sixt and mostly pleasant encounters.

Everything was so smooth. Starting from the service to the vehicle. 10/10.

I was incorrectly accused of damaging a vehicle and told I may owe money, which was completely untrue. I responded immediately with evidence and never received any follow-up or resolution.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Putting customers under that level of stress over unsubstantiated claims is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my rental experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The booking was easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and everything had been processed before i arrived and was ready for me.

Vehicle delivered according to the contracted category and with no surprises in the fare.
