SENA EVO Momentum Helmet - electronics out lasted the warranty by 1 week.
I bought a SENA EVO Momentum helmet 14 Jul 2021. Found the helmet noisy but still good enough to listen to music and intercom was excellent. The good stops there. Warranty on helmet is 5 yrs; but warranty on electronics is only 2 yrs. After 2 yrs + 1 week nothing works. Battery was fully charged, unit won't turn on. Attempted factory & fault resets - no good. Pulled out the padding to access main unit and disconnected small plugs from unit (left off for a few mins) and plugged back in. It powered on but still didn't work properly - managed to pair with my phone again and it "sometimes worked" for the next 2 days - then back to square one and it will not power on. Since warranty is expired, no sense contacting Sena, I've read the customer service reviews. I will not buy another Sena product.

pour la 2ème fois j'ai sollicité l 'assistance Sena, la 1ère pour obtenir la pochette de velcros nécessaires après un changement de casque, la 2ème pour remplacer une des fixations pince qui s'était détériorée; et cela bien après la période de garantie. Chaque fois ma demande a été prise en compte avec beaucoup d 'amabilité et j 'ai reçu les pièces nécessaires gracieusement.
Sena SRL Mesh FM Radio Volume way TOO low
I have the Sena SRL Mesh system and the radio volume is way too low. Above 50 km/h it is inaudible. The volume of the GPS announcements is fine, so this must be a Software problem. There must be a way to boost the audio, but the settings are all set to maximum.
I am currently listening to the Radio on the SRL Mesh with all the Radio and Music volumes set to maximum in my home while I type this and it is too quiet!
SENA hasn't answered the support requests for anyone about this on their website or forum.
I also have a Sena 10C Pro and the radio volume on that is fine. So Sena, you know how to create a system with the proper volume settings.
Impossible de mettre mon intercom a jour
Payer 300€ pour un intercom, et se rendre compte qu'il faut désactiver une sécurité de l'OS Windows, sur l'ordinateur (controle des signatures sur les pilotes / drivers) pour pouvoir mettre à jour ledit intercom, c'est quand même une vaste blague.
Utilisant un ordinateur fourni par mon entreprise et verrouillé à toutes les sauces, on m'a invitée à trouver un ordinateur plus ancien avec windows 7.
Tout ça parce que Sena ne souhaite pas payer la licence qui lui permettrait d'authentifier ses drivers...
Bref, un prix bien élevé pour un appareil qui fonctionne un peu comme il veut et quand il veut, sans tenir les promesses faites sur les distances annoncées, et qu'on ne peut mettre à jour sans donner accès libre à son ordinateur à tous les courants d'air qui passent.

I would give SENA a negative number if it were possible.
I have called their customer help line so many times it is beyond ridiculous and I get a different story each time, and my 50S units still won’t update.
They have lied to me on 3 different occasions, I have asked for a supervisor to get in contact with me. They told me I would be contacted be a supervisor within 24 hours. Yep, you guessed it No Call !!!!
To make matters worse Harley Davidson decided in their ultimate wisdom to partner with SENA.
If you purchase SENA products I hope you do not need any customer service because it is terrible.
What a sad sad company, for what they charge they should be more responsive to their customers.

Support von 9.00bis 15.00Uhr, sehr kundenfreundlich. Wenn man den Support endlich mal erreicht dann hat er keine Ahnung von der Materie. Ich kann jeden nur empfehlen die Finger von Sena zu lassen.

Acquistato 2 interfoni Sena 3S Plus in quanto consigliati da un rivenditore come espressamente realizzati per utilizzo con casco modulare...mentre invece con il casco aperto sono impossibili da usare in quanto c'è un fruscio assordante anche a bassa velocità!!
L'assistenza mi ha suggerito di spostare il microfono in zona riparata dal vento! Con il casco modulare aperto? Impossibile!
Dopodichè mi ha suggerito di cercare qualche accessorio per riparare il microfono! Ma come sono realizzati per caschi modulari ed io dovrei cercare qualche soluzione in commercio?

An meiner Fernbedienung Sena RC4 ist die Abdeckung der Batterie verloren gegangen. Also Support kontaktiert, in der ersten Mail schrieb mir die Dame "Die einzige Möglichkeit, interne Teile des Geräts zu ersetzen, besteht darin, das Gerät zur Inspektion innerhalb der Garantiezeit zu erhalten"
Nachdem ic Ihr meinen Unmut diesbezüglich mitgeteilt habe kam wieder nichts konstruktives.
Also ist die Fernbedienung nicht mehr zu gebrauchen da ich auf Tour auch mal in den Regen komme. Mein Vorschlag auf eine neue Fernbedienung ein paar Prozente zu bekommen wurde auch nicht akzeptiert.
Merke!!! Reparatur nur während der Garantiezeit, danach kann man sein Sena (was auch immer für eins) bei defekt in die Tonne treten.EINE FRECHHEIT!!!
Bei Fragen von Sena. Ich habe alle Emails und die Vorgangsnummer gespeichert ;-)

egal, ob Chat,Telefon- oder Emailanfrage, die Hotline hat keine Ahnung. Auf eine mehrfach klar formulierte Frage bekommt man ein Antwort zu einem ganz anderen Thema in unmöglicher deutscher Sprache. Leider haben wir 14 Senaanlagen wie 6xSRL 2, 2x SRL Mesh,
4xS20 pro und 2X10U.
DO NOT BUY SENA
Purchased a sena 30 along with a sena free wire. The only way I can hear my radio and CB is to have the volume at my motorcycle at full volume also have to turn up the volume on the sena headset. The problem is when the volume is turned up enough to hear my radio or CB I get feedback when I talk into the mic. I disabled the sidetone but did not help. SENA tech support is no help. Do not buy. SENA needs to work out bugs
Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. I bought a Schuberth helmet with SENA SC2 communication system for more than 1000 euros. There is no sound during installation. I've looked everywhere for what the problem could be. Then approached Sena, but all I got after days is an auto reply. For that much money you expect some service, but they don't care and only a web contact form is their access.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. The products are defective and customer service is awful. They do not seem to care about the customer at all. AVOID.

Bought 2 R1 helments online at Amazon. List price. Helments arrived on time. IssuexI had is. One helment has mfg date 12/22/2021. Other was only a few months old. Emaile SENA about old helment at 2023 pricing. Their reply was sorry but that is how it is. Sad . Never thought a company would be this way.

Leur site est complètement nul. Impossible de s’enregistrer sauf si je rentre un n° de téléphone qui n’existe pas, si je met le mien, une fenêtre s’ouvre en disant qu’il existe déjà.
Le lien reçu pour réinitialiser mon MDP envoi vers leur page d’accueil, et non vers une page pour le changement de mot de passe.

I bought a Sena SRL-02, a Bluetooth system for motorcycle helmets, specifically for my GT-AIR2 helmet. Unfortunately, the speaker quality is abysmal, rendering it unusable beyond 80 km/h. Seeking assistance, I reached out to Sena support, but their response time was excruciatingly slow. After three months of waiting, all I received were excuses and delays, culminating in the revelation that their policy only allows for a replacement with the same faulty product. Three months for such a disappointing resolution? Unacceptable. Upon further research, I discovered numerous complaints about the SRL-02's sound quality and Sena's lackluster customer service on various forums, including Sena's own. Frustrated and disillusioned, many users have resorted to replacing the drivers with CARDO alternatives or purchasing 40mm Bose drivers along with micro JFT 2.0 harnesses from eBay. My advice? Steer clear of Sena products altogether.
Sena refuses to honor their warranty.
I purchased a Sena product (motorcycle helmet bluetooth system) that they manufacture for HJC last summer. The unit is now malfunctioning and not taking a charge. Sena refuses to warranty the product and claims honoring the warranty is not their responsibility even though they are the manufacturer. HJC also claims they are not responsible for the warranty because they aren't the manufacturer. So I have no options left and am out $150 for this useless product. NEVER buy a product from Sena !!

Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne abgeben! Ich habe am 30.06. an Sena geschrieben, dass zum einen der Akku von meinem wenig benutzten 50S nach 13 Stunden nur bis auf 50% lädt und dann nach 1,5 Stunden schon die Meldung kommt "Akkustand niedrig". Zum anderen ist auch schon der Kopfhörer kaputt.
Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage keine Antwort. Am 02.08. kam dann eine Mail, dass ja offensichtlich das Problem gelöst sei...
Hä??? Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten.
Jetzt habe ich mir den Kopfhörer gekauft und was ist? Die Klemme zum Festschrauben ist da nicht dran! Hätte ich die bei den alten Kopfhörern abmachen müssen? Wenn ja, wie? Die hätte man doch nicht über den Stecker bekommen.
Ich kann Sena nicht empfehlen!
