Le problème est pourtant simple : batterie HS à remplacer...

My $300 SRL was a couple of weeks out of warranty when the boom mic stopped working. "It's a non-repairable item, unfortunately there's nothing we can do. But our newer, more expensive SRL model has a replaceable boom, you can buy it at our vendor". WRONG ANSWER!!! Best of luck, you're going to need it ✌️

"Hi everyone. You’ve probably seen the glowing reviews for this helmet, but I need you to hear the reality from a rider’s perspective. I’ve been riding for 20 years and have worn countless helmets. My size has always been a Medium, and I always choose a snug fit because I know padding compresses over time.
I was originally planning to buy an Arai Quantic with a high-end intercom, but for some reason, I decided to go with this 'all-in-one' solution. As they say, it seemed 'too good to be true.'
About a month ago, I went to Motomax in Hasanpaşa, tried on the Medium floor model, and it fit perfectly. I bought a brand-new, boxed unit and took it home. However, the new helmet felt significantly tighter. Even after 20 days of use and wearing it at home for 15 minutes daily to 'break it in,' the padding never gave way. Instead, the pressure was so intense it caused painful sores and irritation inside my cheeks, forcing me to stop using it.
Why did this happen?
When I inspected the helmet, I discovered something I have never seen in two decades of riding: The 'Hard Internal Chassis.'
Underneath a very thin layer of cheek padding, there is a 2cm thick, rock-hard plastic honeycomb structure on both sides. This part is so rigid that when I tap it with the handle of a screwdriver, it makes a 'thump' sound like hitting a solid wall. In a standard helmet, this area contains only foam or sponge. In the Sena Phantom, this hard plastic prevents the helmet from conforming to your head and, more importantly, poses a fatal risk in the event of an accident.
People keep pointing to DOT and ECE 22.06 certifications. But let’s be logical: How can a helmet with such a hard internal structure directly against the skull pass these safety tests? It defies common sense. Either the testing process is flawed, or the units sent for testing differ from those sold to the public. You don’t even see this kind of dangerous design in a $100 budget helmet.
I contacted Motomax customer service, but they dismissed my concerns, refusing even a size exchange because the helmet had been "worn." How else was I supposed to discover a hidden manufacturing defect? I have received a 3-day medical report from the hospital due to the wounds caused by this structure.
As a result of this severe negligence regarding international safety standards, formal international legal and federal proceedings have officially begun. An official product safety complaint has been successfully processed by the United States Government:

Recul sur Casque Sena R2
Presque 2 ans d'utilisation d'une paire de casque SENA R2 BT:
- tres confortable et bonne aerodynamique
- un bémol sur le réglage de la sangle, peu pratique avec la mantonière qui fait office de bloquage en s'enroulant autour.
- bonne autonomie (4 à 5 heures), à condition de bien le recharger avant le départ: la batterie se vide au bout de 3 jours, même si le casque est à l'arrêt.
- Compliqué à paramétrer et surtout très sensible aux parasites avec perte de connexion trop fréquentes.
- portée en champ libre max: 150m à vue!

Very very very frustrating. Trying to update my sena for motorcycles. I would rather chop off my little finger than waste any more hours with this.
SENA 30K lässt sich nicht updaten, kein Mesh möglich...
Device lässt sich nicht updaten und NEIN es ist kein Anwenderfehler, ich bin gelernter IT´ler und sachkundig!. Ja, ich habe mehrere PCs, Betriebssysteme und USB-Kabel testweise verwendet, hochwertige Marken- sowie auch die Originalkabel. Das Problem bleibt - kein USB Connect möglich. Leider kann ich somit kein Mesh nutzen, da "Firmwareversion nicht kompatibel". Es gibt ja offenbar viele Nutzer mit dem gleichen Problem aber vom Sena Support keine Lösung. Gerät ist ca. 3 Jahre alt und somit keine Garantie durch Sena. Für den Preis ist Service und Software für mich untragbar! Fazit: Andere Mütter haben auch schöne Töchter...

Sena 50c purchased as I wanted a camera and as I ride in a group wanted the extended mesh intercom. My first issue was that the Wi-Fi cable did connect to my Android mobile but refused to pair with the router. I found out that if the Wi-Fi does not have internet, as in the case of the Sena Wi-Fi cable version 13 of Android will not work unless a setting is change to connect to Wi-Fi with no internet. The camera is hit and miss as 50% of the recordings cannot be replayed on a Windows PC. They show error in file format. The mesh intercom is good providing the group are very close within 100 mts and the are no rocks between. I ride in Cyprus and the the best roads are thru the mountains the mesh is hardly usable when another rider is round a corner. The voice commands looked a real good idea but these do not work very well either. The hey sena works better than the hey google. The sound quality with music and FM radio is very good. I contacted European support in Germany and they are not very helpful. I might try calling the USA support to see if they are better. All in all given my experience I would not recommend spending money on a Sena 50c it really does not work well at all.

Ich kann die negativen Kundenservice Bewertungen gar nicht nachvollziehen, klingt für mich alles nach Anwenderfehlern :)
Ich habe vor 4 Jahren mir das Sena 30K zugelegt, welches mittlerweile Unfälle und intensive Benutzung miterlebt hat. Ich hatte nach einiger Zeit mit Störgeräuschen/Verbindungsproblemen zu den Kopfhörer zu kämpfen (wahrscheinlich wegen defekter Kontakte).
Kundenservice das Problem geschildert und gefragt ob diese einen Reparaturservice anbieten. Antwort nach einem Tag, "wir haben ihn eine neue Station geschickt". Top, einfach nur Top. Garantie oder Gewährleistung natürlich längst ausgelaufen, sehr Kulant ein Teil was mich 90€ bei Louis kosten würde, kostenlos zu ersetzten. (1/3 vom damaligen Kaufpreis)

Ho comprato 2 Sena SF2 da circa 2 anni li ho montati su 2 jet da solo senza problemi e mai avuto un problema! Il bello è che sono finiti in lavatrice con un ciclo lungo e a temperatura alta 60* e sono perfettamente lavati ma soprattutto funzionanti!!!!! Eccezionali

Softwareprobleme
Device lässt sich nicht updaten, habe mehrere PCs und USB kabel versucht und immer das gleiche problem. Weiter kann ich nur Mesh 2.0 nutzen da ich im Mesh 3.0 keine anderen Personen höre aber die anderen Personen können mich hören. Außerdem kenne ich bereits mehrere Personen, bei welchem teilweise defekte nach fahrten im regen aufgetreten sind. Für den Preis ist besonders die Software unterirdisch!

J'ai 2 produits de chez eux. Un SMH5 de 10 ans et un SRL3 pour Shoei tout neuf.
Aucun service client. Ils sont injoignables par téléphone, que ce soit en français ou en anglais.
Impossible de trouver un logiciel qui fonctionne sous les anciens systèmes d'exploitation pour mettre à jour mon SMH5.
Je réfléchirais à 2 fois avant de racheter le matériel d'une marque qui se moque totalement de ses clients une fois l'achat effectué. C'est inadmissible de nos jours.

There is no customer service. They are unreachable by phone, whether in French or in English.
It’s impossible to find software that works on older operating systems to update my SMH5.
I will think twice before buying equipment again from a brand that completely ignores its customers once the purchase is made. That’s unacceptable nowadays.

Sur le site pas d’adresse ni de mail ni de n° de tél … On peut bien laisser un message mais aucun avis comme quoi il a été envoyé et reçu… il faut aller fouiner sur le net pour trouver une adresse mail et 2 numéros de tél… ils ne répondent ni aux mails ni aux tél….. aucune suite n’est donnée à mon achat. Les adresses mail qui fournissent la confirmation de commande sont invalides. Quand on leur écrit via ces adresses on reçoit un DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION - FAILURE car le domaine est inexistant…….. !!! 😡🤬😡🤬

For the amount of money they rip everyone off one each unit sold, you would think they would have a good business model. NOPE! I can’t believe this south Korean business is still in business. Of your item breaks due to it crap parts, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! Be aware!!!
Worst Warranty & No Help
I used the helmet about 30 times over slightly more than the warranty period which is only 2 years. They said sorry we won't help you. The battery will not take a charge after only 30 charges. They are unwilling to help in any way. Stay far away from this product.

I’m posting this for awareness, not to vent.
I purchased a Sena Phantom helmet that developed a confirmed hardware defect within the first two weeks (non-functional controls). I followed Sena’s warranty process exactly and provided all requested documentation promptly.
Sena approved a warranty replacement over 30 days ago. Since then, the experience has been heavy on process and light on execution. While a replacement order has now been created, the helmet has still not shipped, no tracking has been provided, and requests for a clear shipping timeline and expedited handling have gone unanswered.
For clarity: the authorized dealer has been responsive and professional throughout. The delay is entirely on Sena’s fulfillment and communication after approval.
Buyers should be aware that warranty approval does not currently appear to translate into timely delivery.
