App kann nicht geladen werden, device gibt es nicht Homepage von sena besteht nur aus Werbung ohne irgendeine hilfreiche info dual lassen sich nicht koppeln. Die Bedienung ist absoluter Müll. Anleitung gibts nicht dazu. Selten so einen Mist erlebt. Nie wieder

My Opinion absolute Rubbish

Bought new SRL3 to go with Neotec3 1.) Unable to download device manager to windows 11 due to driver signature issues Sena support basically want you to switch off the computer security tried what support suggested had to reinstall computer twice. did not work.
2.) For me the Buttons are nightmare and virtually impossible to find with gloves on.
3.)Voice control tried on all gain settings and sometimes it works sometimes not.
The only way I have found to use the SRL3 is set it up prior to putting on your gloves if already riding I stop the bike and take gloves off. If using the voice control you end up shouting at it and dialling the last number called?

Premium service

I had a long but in the end good experience with after-market support.

My helmet was bought 2019 together with an integrated Sena-communication system. Even though not heavily used, the microphone cable made cracks in the sound when touched. Also I couldn’t update the unit and make it connect with the Sena App for iOS.

The whole Sena team who held this case were very helpful, but I would like to send special thanks to Michela and Gaëtan Mallé for providing the premium service you would expect when you buy a €1000 helmet.

Free of charge and out of warranty they sent me different spare parts and accessories in order to try and solve the problem.

Finally everything has been resolved, totally free of charge and even though out of warranty. I think this is a good sign, that policies are flexible and seeing the other reviews for Sena here on Trustpilot I wanted to give my opinion.

Verouderd

Ik heb een SC2 Schuberth / Sena gekocht voor de helm van Schuberth. Ik hoopte een verbeterde versie van de SC1 te krijgen, maar wat valt het tegen! En dat is steeds zo met dit bedrijf als ze samenwerken met Schuberth.
Dieptepunt nu is dat ik bij aanschaf al te zien krijg dat ik een firmware update moet doen. Nergens uitleg, dus zelf uitgevonden dat ik op de website een programma moet downloaden om de firmware te kunnen uploaden. Dit kan voor de Mac... maar dan gaat het mis! Tegenwoordig is alles USB-C maar dit apparaat krijg je nog met USB-A... compleet verouderd dus. En dat past niet meer op mijn Macbook... gloednieuw gekocht, maar niet te uploaden voor me.

Sorry, maar ik voel me bestolen... je hoort gewoon USB-C hierbij te krijgen!

Temu hat bessere leistung als Sena 50c

2x intercom von temu um 48€ bieten deutlich mehr bass unf Lautstärke als das des sena 50c, zudem lässt es sich nicht auf einem klapphelm befestigen, da die kleme viel zu eng ist und das klebeteil passt logischerweide nicht auf einen sport helm der erodynamisch geformt ist.

Keine ahnung wie man auf diesen preis kommt???

Lieber auf temu bestellen und deutlich mehr für sein geld bekommen.

Klar die audio wird etwas besser sein und auch nicht nur 100m reichweite, aber nur für 2 lächerliche Punkte ein über 10 mal höherer preis??

Sena, wie kann man sowas nur verkaufen, verwendet ihr auch eure intercoms?

Inexperienced customer service

In a nutshell- customer service is awful. The young lady I spoke with had no understanding of the Sena 50s. She doesn’t listen to the problem but instead commences to read from a script or something like that. Obviously just an answering service with no working knowledge. I was looking for a way to update firmware on a new unit that wasn’t working properly and her only go to was to connect through a 2.4 ghz WiFi router but mine was 5ghz. Also emailed agent 13 and she only repeated the step. Apparently doesn’t read the questions either. I resolved my problem by YouTubing with unaffiliated persons on how to download software and install via usb. Turns out the supplied usb with built in WiFi would not work for that and I simply needed my own. Not sure Sena Agent 13 has ever held their product.

Scandaleux !!!
Service après-vente qui ne donne pas de suite à mon problème depuis que je les ai contacté au mois d'août 2023). SENA contacté via leur formulaire, via mail à 4 reprises à plusieurs adresses de contact différentes (info, service après-vente, sena FR, sena benelux, ...)
SENA 50c à 500 euros qui ne fonctionne plus après 1 mois et impossible de le mettre à jour. Depuis la connection à la moto, la caméra ne fonctionne plus et il se connecte quand il a envie, une fois sur 5.
C'est bien beau de fournir une garantie si c'est pour nier les clients.
N'achetez pas le SENA 50c sauf si vous acceptez le risque de ne pas pouvoir user de votre droit à la garantie.
Ou alors achetez le dans une enseigne qui prendra la responsabilité de garantie avec SENA.
Sinon passez votre chemin.

The rubber sealing flap for the charger

The rubber sealing flap for the charger has broken off. My Sena30K is just out of warranty so then I expect this flap can be fixed. So not!!! They say it's dangerous to open the Sena and after that it's probably worse than before. Isn't it incredible that this can't be repaired? That it is not a guarantee, I understand. That's why I don't mind paying for the repair, but they want you to go and buy a new one.

SENA SC2 REVIEW WEAK AND EASILY BROKEN

Sena sc2 BROKEN & WARRANTY REFUSED - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Two week old Sena sc2 was intermittent working after helmet was dropped so so gently onto it's visor from maybe 12 inches height. Helmet is fine apart from visor. The comms unit switched on and worked afterwards. The following day it didnt. Performed the reset procedure and eventually after several attempts it turned on and works. Turned it off, got the bike ready, and changed into my riding gear, and it wouldn't turn on again.

These guys do not stand by their product and refuse to warranty it. Every excuse not to replace it under warranty.

Reflects very badly on Sena the product you distribute.

See you in court guys. Comms system should not fail like this.

Sena 30K

Hallo
Wir haben für unser Hoppy Motorradfahren 2 Doppelsets gekauft und hatten eigentlich von Anfang an mit ständigen Unterbrechungen zu kämpfen. Das Gerät ging in den Stand by Modus und es war unmöglich wieder eine Verbindung auf zu bauen. Man musste es aus und wieder einschalten. Immer wieder versuchten wir Lösungen zu finden leider nicht möglich. Der Support von Sena ist unter jeder Kritik. Ich informierte mein Gegenüber von Anfang an das wir ausserhalb der Gewährleistung sind. Nach Wochen der Mail (von July bis Ende September) über mittlere ich nach Aufforderung die Seriennr. und von da weg war der Support beendet. Ausserhalb der Gewährleistung kein Support und auch keine Lösung. Inzwischen muß man froh sein überhaupt noch eine Verbindung zusammen zu bekommen, d.h. Geräte entsorgen und ich glaube jeder kann sich vorstellen 2 Doppelbett 30K zu entsorgen macht nicht wirklich Spass. Nur sich in seine Freizeit ständig ärgern weil die Dinger nicht funktionieren bringt keinen Erholungseffekt. Auch ein Vorschlag die Geräte zu Sena zu schicken und von den Technikern einstellen zu lassen wurde nicht beantwortet (hätte auch die Kosten übernommen).
Das 30K ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Support hoffnungslos

Der Support geht garnicht. Ich wurde 2 Wochen lang, jede Email(6 Stück) gefragt ob ich das gerät schonmal zurückgesetzt habe, anstatt mir ernsthaften Support zu geben. Erst nachdem ich dem unwissendem Mitarbeiter erklärt habe, das ich bereits in meiner ersten Mail geschrieben habe das ich sämtliche Anleitungen probiert habe. Leitete er nach 2,5 Wochen das Ticket an irgendeine andere Abteilung weiter. Geht garnicht! Das Produkt kann noch so gut sein, aber wenn der Support die Produkte nicht kennt und nicht lesen kann, bringts auch nichts.

I bought a Sena SC2 for my Schuberth…

I bought a Sena SC2 for my Schuberth C5. Put the battery in remote and it the main unit worked fine. (Can't test the remote until you use the intercom with another helmet). Switched it all off and when it was near time for my trip with friend who has Schuberth with SC2 I tried it again. The remote battery was flat. I thought I must have left it on but even so it is supposed to last 18 months. I have used new batteries with long (2032) expiry date. So far I have done 2 trips with this. Total of 11 days. I have used about 9 of these batteries. One lasted less than 12 hours. I though having 3 would be good enough for a trip but had to get another.
Even with that the intercom rarely works. Never works properly. We set on mesh open channel 7. It works in hotel just before we leave. Then maybe first few minutes on bike and then it turns off. Sometimes it turns on again during the ride. Sometimes it goes onto bluetooth. Then it says "Mesh intercom deactivated, bluetooth intercom connected" every 10 seconds or so on and on during a ride. Constantly repeating. And bluetooth seems to be on non stop. You hear ever noise from other bike and when I say something it is repeated back to me about 1 second later. But this also turns off. Then it says mesh intercom connected and a second later mesh faulty, connect later. If I wanted a piece of rubbish that doesn't work I could buy 2 intercoms on ebay for £30 pounds. I paid almost £300 for this piece of rubbish. It is dangerous as you are riding a motorcycle and are distracted and try to fix it with the buttons but this is almost impossible with gloves and riding. You have to stop and then you may as well talk to your biking buddy then. Do not buy unless you like being annoyed. And trying to get contact Sena is impossible. Bought from online dealer and I'll have to find out where as I bought a lot of stuff then. At that price you expect some service. it is now 6 months old and I have had 2 biking trips when I wanted to use it. I've spent load of money on batteries. Why aren't the units combined with one rechargeable battery.

Helmet strap adjustment connector broke…

Helmet strap adjustment connector broke after a month from normal use. I have contact Sena 5 times to report this and get it resolved. They have been non responsive on each occasion. I would never buy another product from them if they can not only stand behind their products but feel comfortable not communicating at all. This process so far has gone on for 3 weeks

The Sena Side Step....

Alas I need to add my review to the list of those who are so disappointed with Sena customer service. Having bought a couple of Sena 3s pro units for just on bike comms I thought I had a set up that would last me a few years. Out this spring my unit would not charge above 80%. Called the fantastically helpful Sportsbike (who have been fantastic) to find that my return had to go back to Sena. As my fault is intermittent (as I did get a 100% after much fiddling but then it only lasted an hour) Sena naturally could not replicate the fault so back it came! Helmet refit and I thought okay must be me. Now I'm back to square one. Unit charged to 100% after about 5 hours of being on charge and then lasted 2.5 hours. Agghhh. Back to Sportsbike and now it's back with Sena! The unit has a battery management problem! The community is full of threads about exactly the same thing. Sena however don't believe their customers and put blocks in the way of excellent retailers to protect themselves from what I feel would be a tsunami of returns. I just know this is going to be another Sena fiasco.

It turns out that my Sena intercom isn't waterproof

It turns out that my Sena intercom designed to go on a motorcycle failed to stand up to a heavy rain shower. Had I bought it to use in the car. OK. But a motorbike ??.
I was contemplating the 50S but not anymore.
When they work, they're great. Unfortunately durability isn't built into their units. Sorry Sena but your'e just not good enough.

ASSISTENZA POST VENDITA PESSIMA

ho acquistato un interfono SENA SF4 che utilizzo per circa 2/3 ore complessive al mese, quindi pochissimo. Non appena terminato il periodo di garanzia ufficiale, la batteria non mantiene più la carica, pertanto contatto l'assistenza, ma non per chiedere la sostituzione, in quanto consapevole di non essere nel periodo di garanzia, ma esclusivamente per chiedere una soluzione, ovviamente a mie spese, quale ad esempio la sostituzione della batteria e mi è stato risposo che non effettuano questo tipo di intervento e non mi hanno neanche fornito il codice della batteria per poter risolvere l'inconveniente in autonomia. Pertanto non posso altro che dire che l'assistenza post vendita è pessima.
