i love the k13 lite, my first ever dtf printer and the customer service is always top notch.

My printer had red flashing lights in both the paper and the ink button. I contacted procolored support and they reset the waste ink counter. They were so patient and guided me in every step, now my printer is working again properly. Thank you for the amazing support!!!

When I got the machine, I was hesitant because I saw videos that it had a lot of problems, so I did not want to open the box, I wanted to return it. I gave it a shot, although I have to do maintenance every day, the times I've had an issue, tech support always helps me. I wish it was faster when I've had the problems, but I think I am just getting to know the machine and I like to be cautions to avoid problems. I've had the machine for about 2 months now and I am happy with it.

I had an issue with my printer, and the technical support team was very patient and professional throughout the troubleshooting process. They carefully reviewed my images and videos, answered my questions, and guided me step by step until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate their dedication and prompt assistance. I bought the F13.
Although I occasionally run into things I don't understand or experience problems, I feel reassured because customer service is always helpful.

The worst experience of my life in any company ever, in January of this year I bought a procoloured F13 printer it was advertised with a white usb stick with all the maintenance software on, I never received it, the printer has been a £2699 paperweight since day 1... Support is non existent it is absolutely ridiculous that they send out faulty machines that don't work from day 1 all they need to do is send the software to reset things like waste ink counters etc and it would be acceptable. Court action pending... Amazon Order Number : 205-8221828-0049101

Update to the reply : Do you not think I've tried that for 6 months... I've tried every single day many many times, your faulty machine has lost me huge sums of money, Procoloured is an absolute joke and judging by the social media reviews there are thousands and thousands of people who have faulty machines... Absolute joke of a company... I would never ever recommend or use Procoloured again, zero customer support, machines that absolutely guaranteed will break down then it'll sit in your office for months... Whilst you wait months for a reply. Wrong on so many levels, I'm a cancer patient and am unable to work a mainstream job because of my illness so I bought this machine and it's never worked from day one

Procolored has been absolutely terrible from the start. The DTF printer that we bought is essentially a brick, and it is less than a year old. Every time that we contact support, they ask us to do things that would clearly violate the warranty -- for example, on our last support chat, they told my wife to cut one of the wires! -- and when we ask for those instructions to be given in email, rather than in a chat which disappears the moment it is done and cannot be verified, the agent mysteriously goes idle and then disconnects.

These printers are little more than a scam at best. DO NOT BUY.

love the fake 5 star reviews you're leaving yourself on trustpilot, these "techs" don't know anything and just pass you person to person. along with deleting my facebook comments i made about you selling these to people for "home use" when you know the powder gives off toxins that need to be vented. i hope the lawsuit means you go broke !

Had printer less then a month giving trouble online support spent 9 hours and made it 10x worse . Wasted 9 hours no help at all

The quality of the machine is low for the cost and constantly need replacements. The customer service is low and they blame the customer for everything. They tell you to do something via video then blame your actions. Save yourself and buy better.

These DTF printers are amazing and together with excellent customer service provide a great shopping experience.
Machines are easy to use and the finish is great. Highly recommended

The representative was awesome. He stayed with me and walked me through step by step until he and I saw positive results.

I own a Procolored F13 Pro and I have to say the customer service is EXCELLENT! The engineer stayed with me until my issue was resolved. The issue was my lack of maintenance and I had sensors that were blocked. He helped me troubleshoot until we found the issue! Great Service!

I've purchased the Procolor K13 about few months ago and I'm truly impressed on how customer service works hard to give you ways to learn your DTF printer. It all takes some learning and patience and today Buck showed me a lot of patience! I'm glad to be an owner of two Pro-color F13 and K13. Today's service was a 10/10! Got my printer up and running smoothly with whites brighter than before. I'm thankful they are willing to teach me how to be successful with my Procolors!

Super und sehr kompetenter Service. Der K13 lite ist ein zuverlässiger Drucker. Dieser ist sparsam im Tintenverbrauch und bei guter Wartung verrichtet dieser seine Dienste sehr zuverlässig. Die Inder sehr immer sehr farbenfreudig aus.

Update: I’m 8 hours of chatting into this and still no resolution. They told me the motor and waste ink pump are defective. Refused to replace the ink pump and said they wouldn’t send a new motor unless I bought an $89 waste pump. Finally sent the motor and…you guessed it….still doesn’t work. I’ve wasted about half a roll of paper, a ton of ink, and lots of time so far. And if you get Irene, good luck, she’s awful. Says rude things in the chat and then retracts the message. I’ve also had to take the entire machine apart and it’s not easy. Hoping for a resolution as this has been going on for over a month.

The K13 lite is a complete pain in the a**. At this point, i think it just randomly picks an issue every other day. It's annoying and for the price you're paying, you should receive something that actually works most of the time.

Great company and very helpful. Having Support techs also is what makes it great. They always help when I need a solution with my machine.

This is an out and out scam. They tell you that you cant return after 7 days and if you put ink in the printer thats it your stuck with it. This is a breach of your consumer rights. If you buy a £500 tv it comes with 12 months warranty so this is all a bare faced lie to make you think you are stuck with it. The engineers drag everything out and nothing is ever resolved just new issues created. swerve them at all costs they have ripped off so many people. Speak to customers on the procoloured FB group and you see a pattern
