first time dtf owner. a lot of back and forth with tech but am finally happy my printer is fixed. lesson learned about maintenance. tech was very helpful and patient. excited for this new journey for my small business

I had a broken part on my VF13 printer. Procolored is sending me a replacement part at no cost. Stands behind their product.

Customer support was amazing and extremely helpful and thorough. He walked me through every step and we got my problem fixed!! Procolored customer support is top tier!!

If you have been thinking about getting a DTF machine this is by far the best machine I've ever dealt with. I was skeptical about buying this machine but its the best decision. The few times I've minor issues customer service always has been a great help and fixes the minor things. I would recommend to purchase! Customer service 10/10.

I bought the k13 lite and couldn't be happier. The machine and software are so easy to use and the customer service is great. It doesn't matter what time of day they always figure out how to help. The prints are amazing as well. I would recommend this company and will always be a customer.

So far so good can't complain.

I recently purchased the Procolored K13 Lite DTF Printer and have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the company. The K13 Lite has proven to be an incredibly solid printer. It is remarkably beginner-friendly and was extremely easy to set up right out of the box. The overall print quality is excellent. I have found the technical support team to be unbelievably good. Every time I have connected with Procolored online, their engineers are incredibly helpful, detailed, and attentive. They have walked me through what I needed to know, explained things clearly, and helped me sort out any issues I faced. I am very satisfied with both the K13 Lite and the level of service provided.

Entre une machine qui lache au bout de 2 mois, on vous indique sur le site qu’il faut acheter un abonnement parallels si vous avez un Mac et une fois acheté on vous balance via le chat SAV que l’application ne fonctionne pas sur Mac, les indications écrites sur leur site sont « une erreur ».
Donc si on a un Mac on ne peut pas utiliser notre K13 lite. Grosse blague pour une machine dépassant les 1800€. Je déconseille très fortement cette marque.

Great experience with this product. Im new to the DTF printer world and The after sales team answered all my questions and even helped me set up my printer via instant chat.

I have had a positive experience everytime I have needed help or had a question the customer service workers help the best they can. I have been able to do alot of pretty cool designs with my dtf printer, curing oven and heat press.

Engineer was fast in responding and it was a quick easy fix to get my K13 up and running again. Help desk has always been easy to work with and every time I need assistance they were available and they were quick to assist.

My experience has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, my printer had ongoing issues and never performed as promised. I spent countless hours in remote support sessions with multiple engineers. Every time I thought progress was being made, I was transferred to someone else and had to repeat the same troubleshooting steps all over again.

I lost valuable business time because my printer was down more than it was working. As a small business owner, every day without a functioning printer meant lost income, delayed customer orders, and damage to my reputation. I even had to consider outsourcing work, which cost me even more money.

I requested a refund early on because the printer was not functioning properly, but my concerns were ignored. Instead of receiving a lasting solution, I continued to spend hours troubleshooting with no permanent fix.

What makes this even more disappointing is the amount of time, money, and stress I invested, only to be left with equipment I couldn’t depend on.

If you’re considering buying from Procolored, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may spend more time troubleshooting than actually printing.

I expected a professional product backed by reliable customer support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I had an issue with red lights flashing in front of my printer. As soon as an engineer was connected with me, the issue was resolved within 10mins. I love procolored and have been using their printers for over 3 years and I am very pleased with them.

The customer service is A-1 and I love the way the engineers especially the way Ruby access the issues that I run into with my printer it’s awesome. And I love the way y’all can just access my computer and do it for me because I’ll be lost if I didn’t have this type of Tech Support. I want to thank you for all y’all guys help and will be doing business in the near future because I need a bigger printer. Lmao.

Procolored K13 lite sucks. At least the one I had. I’m very disappointed in the color quality and technical issues, right from the start.

My tech, Tony was very helpful in assisting me with the installation of my printhead. It did not take very long and the process went smoothly. Very happy to have my printer up and running again.

They have been very helpfull, both times that I have called they have been able resovle my issues and I love my pink k13 DTF printer it is awsome.
