I was upgrading from the Lite version of the software to the full V2.0 and I knew that I had to call to get this done. The service was amazing and so fast. They actually worked with me while I installed the new software on a new computer. They stayed on the line to guarantee results; and my results were amazing.

I am very impressed with how much time and patience is given to me to correct my problem.

My experience with Procolored has proven that they truly stand behind their products. Their support technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will walk you through any issues until everything is resolved.
As for performance, the print quality on my K13 Lite is excellent—the output looks fantastic.
The one area where they could improve is shipping speed for consumables (ink, powder, film). Currently, if you run out of supplies, there’s no option for expedited or next-day shipping, meaning you might be waiting up to a week to get back up and running. Offering faster delivery options for consumables would make a huge difference for active users.
Overall, I’m very happy with the machine and the support team. Would definitely recommend them.

I'm brand new to DTF printing and got my first printer. I didn't print for a month and messed somethings up. I had an AMAZING experience with the engineers. They worked so diligently to help me get my printer up and running! They helped me with the parts I needed, some even under warranty. They shipped fast! Once I received them, I contacted support and connected me with top- notch engineers. They helped me with multiple installs and had videos showing exactly what was needed to be done. They were kind and patient with me and stayed as long as I needed to get up and running again. Even though I had no clue what I was doing they helped me feel like I did! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Tengo una procolored P13-MAC, los diseños me lo imprimen bien los colores son muy radiantes. Me gusta mucho es fácil de imprimir y si tengo problemas me ayudan mucho son muy amables.

Procolor is the worse customer experience I've ever had. You're lucky if it works straight out of the box. If by some chance it does work get ready for countless cleaning and calks to tech support. Which is basically useless. If you do choose to buy procolor be sure to get the insurance and document every move you make for the insurance claim you'll be filing within 6 months. Also don't forget to stock up on print heads. You're gonna need them. That's if they're available. How they have a 4 star rating is beyond me. Must be paying for good reviews with all the money they're scam people out of.
