Ordered an iPhone from Poppsy on June 1st with delivery promised by June 18th.
Still nothing received.
Over 14 emails, only bot replies.
They even asked me to rate the product I never got!
Very disappointing.
I don’t recommend Poppsy — no support, no credibility.

The delivery is 1 week. Poor customer service only chatbot will take your inquiries. No refund or cancel option on the app. But the item that I received is excellent that’s why I give them fair star.
