Noon se presenta como una empresa de moda española, enfocada en la generación Z y millennials, vendiendo una imagen de marca innovadora y cercana. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con la gestión logística en Sevilla ha sido totalmente decepcionante.

La organización en esta área deja mucho que desear, especialmente por la gestión de su responsable, ya que el ambiente da la sensación de ser un “cortijo”, donde no parece primar la profesionalidad ni el perfil adecuado para los puestos, sino más bien intereses personales y familiares.

Da la impresión de que se aprovechan las circunstancias en beneficio propio, contratando y despidiendo a chicos y chicas según su conveniencia, sin valorar realmente a los operarios ni ofrecerles el trato que merecen.

Considero que una empresa que presume de ser innovadora dentro del sector debería prestar mucha más atención a cómo trata a su personal, especialmente a quienes sostienen la parte operativa del negocio.

De cara al público y en tienda venden una imagen de marca moderna, española e innovadora, pero la realidad interna, al menos en logística, parece muy distinta.

This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a victim of an unauthorized transaction on my account — basically theft — and I have no idea who made it. I already sent a detailed email explaining everything, and until now there’s been ZERO response from Noon.

How can you ignore something this serious? This is about customers’ money and security. I expect immediate action and a proper explanation. If this continues to be ignored, I will escalate this issue further.

It doesn't give the impression of being a trustworthy company

I signed up for Noon's affiliate program and initially earned $5.25 USD. Although my earnings have been approved, I'm still waiting for it to be credited to my withdrawable balance. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This company isn't a poor business, and they should have deposited this amount into my account quickly. I will not let this go

Wrong items

Noon sells fake products

Noon platfor sells fake products and when i request them to retun the item they says its not refundable. I am surprised such a big company seeling fake products and on top blaming suppliers. I dont know supplier i know noon.

Oplichters

Ik heb een elektrische tandenborstel besteld en krijg vervolgens een delonghi koffiezetapparaat geleverd. Direct gemeld met foto’s. Nu 4 dagen, tig e-mails en telefoontjes verder om te horen dat het uitgezocht moet worden in het distributiecentrum. Mailtjes dat je telefonisch niet bereikbaar bent terwijl je vanochtend nog gebeld bent en 4 minuten uitgelegd en gevraagd hebt hoe je een tandenborstel besteld en een koffiezetapparaat geleverd krijgt.. en als je om je geld terug vraagt krijgt je geen reactie!! They sell almost expired CeraVe moisturizer

I bought CeraVe moisturizer, found it they are selling 3 tears old product that has 3 months left on expiry date!

Many loops to just submit the return request, something that should be done on the spot but it took 24 hrs for someone to call, and it would take 15 days until I get my money.

The other issues I have buying CeraVe products for years through that might got unauthentic product!

Repeated Delivery Failure & Poor Service

Very disappointing experience with Noon. My order (placed March 30) was supposed to be delivered on April 1, but for the past 3 days I keep getting “out for delivery” updates followed by “undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances.” No proper explanation or resolution. Extremely poor and unprofessional service.

Wrong Item Delivered, Late Shipment, and No Practical Resolution by noon

I ordered a power bank with wireless charging, but received a different model without that feature. The item also arrived two days late, just a few hours before my travel.

I contacted noon, and was told I would need to return the product to receive a refund. However, I was already traveling as a tourist and have since returned home, making a return impractical. It is not reasonable for me to bear the consequences of this error.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from noon.

Very very very bad experience this time and baddddddd delivery staff how he go to another place and my address is correct but he went to another places and just tell me that he can’t deliver anymore coz it’s not in his area how could they do this and i make a first payment already in tabby and i can wait for 3 days to refund my money back this is verrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy bad experience

Very bad

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Noon UAE (Order # NAEI30047953053-1). I bought an HP Envy x360 15 which was advertised as having an eSIM, but after receiving it, I discovered that the hardware does NOT support eSIM at all. This is a clear case of false advertising.

Furthermore, the laptop is defective:

The left speaker is crackling and distorted (Clear hardware failure).

The device suffered a sudden death (No Power) and exhibited static electricity vibrations on the chassis immediately after the first use.

I have already reported these issues while I am currently traveling, and I expect a Full Refund. Selling products with mismatched specifications is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend buying high-end electronics from this seller on Noon.

I want to share my experience with Noon…

I want to share my experience with Noon company, where I worked for just one day. In October, Noon selected me, and I submitted all the required documents. Even after that, my visa was not processed on time. My visa was close to expiry, so I kept sending reminders through messages, emails, and calls, but I received no response.

Because of this delay, my visa went into absconding status, and I started getting a penalty of 50 AED per day. I repeatedly contacted them and told them that this was their responsibility and asked them to remove the absconding status, but they did nothing. After 45 days, I had to pay 2205 AED myself.

After that, my visa was finally processed, and I worked for only one day. The very next day, my ID was blocked. I contacted the supervisor, manager, and others through messages, calls, and emails to unblock my ID, but again, there was no response.

Out of frustration, I resigned. Now after resigning, they are asking me to pay 620 AED to get my cancellation papers. When I asked why, they said it is because I did not complete the notice period. I told them that my ID was blocked, so how could I complete the notice period? They had no answer.

I request all current employees of Noon and those who are planning to join this company to think carefully before joining. This is not a company that listens to its employees.

I also want to say to the CEO and higher management that action should be taken against the responsible people. Muskan naib basit birti umme Many employees like me are facing similar situations.

The worst customer support ever

The worst customer support ever. No option to get help, no option to chat talk or even get any kind of help for their incompetence. Order products, defective no refund.. ordered food delayed by an hour no option to ask anyone about this.
