I’m a newby by comparison to many but I do have 25+ dresses and other accessories, I find the quality , styles and colours amazing and a pleasure to wear and be seen wearing! Customer service are quick to respond, the delivery and returns are dealt with quickly, I always recommend Popsy to everyone who makes a comment . What’s not to love about Popsy !!

Good quality clothes but i have found it very difficult to get the discounts offered on the app. When i have contacted popsey they have not been that helpful. I spend alot of money on their clothes and i think they should help me more. All i got was a pair of socks.

I've just bought a sweatshirt and a snowflake print tunic top and I'm really pleased with them. The sweatshirt is so comfy and the tunic has a good weight and great length. I'll definitely buy from Popsy again

I loved the cardigan that I bought. The quality is great and the colour will match many of the dresses that I already have. I was kept informed about when the cardigan would be delivered.

I've ordered a couple of scarves from Popsy (which I adore and wear year round) but this was my first time ordering a dress.

True to size, flattering and fabulous quality. I've gone from never wearing dresses to now owning three, all from Popsy and I love them. I never would have thought that at the age of forty, I'd suddenly become a dress wearer, but thanks to Popsy, here we are!

The fit is perfect and the added bonus they can alter length of dress and arms. Perfect for us shorties. Will recommend to everyone. Sneak peeks every Sunday allows Cherish to really connect to the buyers and it's a wonderful community to be part of. Very family friendly and comes across as a team effort especially as she has customers who model for her.

I absolutely love Popsy clothing. I have been buying their clothes for probably 3/4 years now. I recommend them all the time and purchase regularly from them. I like the clothes a lot.
However, I have heard from others before about poor service if you're not happy about things. I ignored those comments as I've always been happy with the service. Their image online if one of kindness and inclusion. Their clothes are made in the UK. All values I like.
However, I recently washed a jumpsuit called storm. As per the washing instructions and only with other similar poppy's. Storm came out ruined. It's honestly awful and not wearable. The other dress with the same finish came out with slight fading but the reality is only noticed the small change because I was inspecting the clothes due to the state of storm. I emailed popsy who offered my 15% refund to keep it or to send it back, which they did send me a postage label which was nice as they normally make you pay to return stuff. They told me once they had received it that they washed their own samples and had no issues and that my jumpsuit has probably absorbed colours form other clothing in the wash. Fair enough, but I don't see how they would literally strip the colour and glitter off the jumpsuit but not affect the other similar dress. Also, all the clothes in the wash were popsys as I only wash my popsy outfits together. Customer service have essentially called me a liar and then not engaged in conversation with me about it at all. After telling me what the issue was and that they would send the outfit back they also told me have a lovely day.... Yes... After being called a liar and been over £50 down. It was a lovely day.
The clothes are nice but the attitude from customer service is poor. When I went to find a place to leave a review it's interesting that popsy haven't claimed their Google page / display reviews or on the Facebook. Think that's very telling and maybe I should have listened to others who have talked about customer service being poor. It's also impossible to discuss disappointment in their Facebook groups as they control everything that gets posted. Makes me think I am not alone. I am sure I will either get ignored here or get the same old coot and pasted response they everyone who is disappointed gets.
As I said, really like the clothes but don't expect good service if you need support.

Popsy are just great, wonderful customer service, speedy service and great products. I order from them far too often and I’m never disappointed. I love the alterations service so I can have my dresses or jumpsuits shortened to my preferred length for free. Makes it a very tailored and personalised service, and really sets them apart from other stores. I also love that Cherish and Greg ARE their brand. The weekly sneak peeks are fab and so exciting to see what new releases there will be. I wear Popsy pretty much exclusively now. Comfy clothes that are ethically sourced, bright and colourful AND HAVE POCKETS!! What more could I ask for?

I really love the quality of the garments and the service at Popsy Clothing. I love how there is actually variety in the products and how the garments are really thought out and you can have so many colorful options, I will definitely be looking on this website when I need more dresses and clothes in my wardrobe. Keep up the good work. I have had to return items but it has nothing to do with the shop itself, and I have had an amazing service doing so. It has become one of my go to's to shop from.

Great quality and alterations were perfect. As I bought this blind as a birthday present, I was a bit worried, but the missus loves the dress, so thank you so much.

My favourite dresses! Unique, individual not on the high street, made in the uk & always good quality. Love that they have pockets & stretch & a belt so if your weight alters a bit they will still fit. I always order a size down which fits perfectly. They also offer free alterations when you order, very impressed & highly recommend!

I converted to popsy this year, I wouldn’t have it any other way, wish I converted years ago. With their weekly drops if you don’t like anything one week you know you only have to wait 7 days for something different. Means I can stop repeating so many outfits because I have access to a fairly infinite supply of pocket containing dresses

I’ve recently added a few more Popsy beauties to my ever-growing collection and, as always, I’m absolutely thrilled! The prints are gorgeous, the quality is fantastic and the dresses are so comfortable and flattering.
Every time I think I’ve bought my favourite Popsy, another print comes along and I’m obsessed all over again! 😂👗
