I got a used phone, not refreshed
The phone was delivered two weeks after I made my order.
- The phone was not refreshed, and there were scratches on the screen.
- I had to pay VAT to get my shipment.
- Their support team is not responsive at all.

Can someone please tell us if popsy is actually going to deliver our phones ? Accrosss every social platform it's just complaints about the same thing and responses from popsy are the same these automated response ..there is a big group of angry people popsy has stolen from now we consider it theft because you cannot possibly take someone s money and ignore them how is that possible, what is disappointing is I called FedEx to followup they have not received anything and it's been 22 days since I ordered a phone .What's this really? And please when you respond I don't need an apology message I need a date to when my order is coming or an email requesting my account details so you can refund my money
