Worst customer support and no update on…

Worst customer support and no update on the app. It's been probably a year since I started using it, but support is almost dead. There's no product update. The team is unresponsive, the UI is clunky, and bugs everywhere haven't been fixed in the last year.

Overall, I don't recommend it at all. YC is dumb to fund founders like him.

CRITICAL – Order 520667 – Delivery delay, no response, refund request

Dear Mohammed,

Thank you for your response.

I appreciate the update; however, I am concerned by the information provided. You mentioned that the delay is due to customs processing and FedEx handling, yet the FedEx tracking page still indicates that **only a shipping label was created** and that **FedEx has not received the package**. There has been no movement in the tracking information since **22 May**, and the original expected delivery date of **29 May** has long passed.

If the order is indeed on its way, I kindly request that you provide evidence that the package has been handed over to FedEx, along with an updated tracking status or a realistic estimated delivery date. Without this, the information provided appears to contradict the official tracking details.

If the shipment cannot be verified or delivered within a reasonable timeframe, I respectfully request that my refund be processed immediately.

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly, and I look forward to receiving a clear and definitive update.

I ordered a laptop from Popsy 11 days…

I ordered a laptop from Popsy 11 days ago (Order ID: 521944). Shortly after placing the order, I requested cancellation and explained the reason through email. Popsy replied that their team would review my cancellation request within 3 days, but it has now been 8 days and the order is still not cancelled.

Popsy has generated a courier tracking number, but the item has not yet been handed over to the shipping company. I am very disappointed because I had a bad experience with Popsy before, where I had to wait 63 days to receive my refund.

This purchase was my mistake, and I requested cancellation immediately. Despite multiple requests, there has been no proper action or update. Based on my experiences, I do not plan to purchase from Popsy again. I am not recommended popsy  for others

4+ Months Waiting for Refund – Very Disappointing Experience

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22+ from Popsy. The phone I received was not in the condition I expected, so I returned it following their instructions.

The return was completed months ago, and I provided all requested documents, bank details, and payment information. However, more than 4 months have passed and I still have not received my refund.

Throughout this process, I was repeatedly asked to wait for additional days and received multiple promises of updates, but the refund has not been completed.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be very careful and ensure they understand the return and refund process before purchasing.

I will update this review if the refund is finally received.

Good Day, I received the watch, But it is not as what promised starlight? apple watch series se 2022? I received series 4, which is a downgrade. You promised an upgrade, I ordered before series 6, and it was not delivered. You offered Upgrade - apple watch series se 2022 starlight - such embarrassing.. There was no even strap. I received an old series 4 - just the box and chord charger, not any band strap. Most embarrassing is that I was offered a Apple Watch SE 2022 Starlight Aluminum - which is an upgrade offer due to issues on the previous delivery. This is unacceptable -- I need a refund. 
This issue will never stop you until you fix it in your side. Why do such lie??? if you promised an upgrade then be responsible, be real. How do people will give you good reviews if you are doing such anomaly just for the items being paid right but receiving an old and incomplete items? 
I feel terrible, embarrassed, devastated and most of all, I failed to provide the promised gift for my nephew, telling her that she will received the apple watch se 2 2022 44mm - base on the description offered in an email of your popsy team.

There are 3 photos attached as evidence/proof that the upgrade was offered and yet I receive just the apple watch series 4 watch and chord. Not either a se 2 2022 44mm starlight aluminum ek ek..

Hi, There were no more boxes as well as the plastics. The box looks old and very soft brown. I throw it due to the frustration and disappointment your service has caused. There will be no more ways to make these things right! almost 1 month delayed, lack of support responses and assistance, Plus lying on promised things, then this refund will take a long long process.

An unacceptable purchase and such disappointing item to give as a gift to a celebrant.

FYI, I purchase via the Amazon, And your old series 4 was kept in defunct box as it is already old and battery drain fast.

هذه الشركة عملية احتيال كاملة هذا بخصوص الطلب ٥٠٩٤٠٧ لكي تستعيد اموالك عليك مراسلة البنك وارسال كافة الصور لملاحقتهم قضائيا. لقد أخذوا أموالي ثم ادعوا زوراً أن مشكلتي "حُلت" وأغلقوا الطلب. لم أسترد أي شيء! يستمرون في إرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني فارغة وإضاعة وقت العملاء.
شركة بوبسي غير أمينة ومخادعة، ويجب تجنبها بأي ثمن. لا تثقوا بهم. أناشد الجميع بشدة مقاطعة هذه الشركة - إنهم يسرقون العملاء ويختبئون وراء وعود كاذبة.
