Customer service It's very very slow and must be AI and not a real person, You get no real answers. There is no phone number to call and no real person to talk to.
They can respond to my review but they can't remedy my issues. They asked me to respond to the same email that I've already tried to get help from.

L’idée de filmer seule avec un suivis est top mais cependant ça tiens absolument pas ses promesses !
J’ai le Pivo spécial equestrian, il perd la plus part du temps le cheval même sur une petite surface
Fait un zoom excessif au lieu de prendre l’ensemble du paysage
Ne reconnaît pas les chevaux de robe foncé
Aucun système qui fait que l’on pourrait verrouiller sa « cible » afin d’être tranquille si jamais il y a plusieurs chevaux dans un même endroit
Et des qu’on a la moitié de la batterie sur le téléphone l’application de veux plus filmer alors que celui ci c’est bien déclenché mais au bout d’un moment le téléphone se verrouille et on perd les rush
De plus ça arrête de filmer quand on se fait appeler..
bref ça ne vaut pas la peine d’investir dedans autant prendre un trépied et faire un plan large ou plan serré si on fait de « l’obéissance »

I bought pivo at a summit in Dallas. we were among the last ones to leave on the last day of the summit. After the demo I specifically asked if there was a subscription that goes with the purchase, not just me, two other friends of mine asked too. We were clearly told there is NO subscription that goes with it. the item came on time. my friend opened the package and soon realized its a subscription model and returned it within the return window. I made the mistake of delaying the opening. When i reached customer service, they refused, on the basis of the return window. The product is expensive and the subscription model makes it even more expensive. I am tired of vendors forcing customers with the sale. even if its unused.

Very useful assistance, but I wonder why you don't have a manual (PDF) that PIVO users can refer to. I don't find the instructional videos very helpful.

I’m using the Pivo for my horse riding lessons. Although the Pivo captures the horse on screen, it constantly moves the smartphone camera back and forth without stopping. Watching the video makes me feel nauseous, similar to feeling carsick. Do you have any tips for stabilizing the camera?

Très bien et je l'utilise souvent pas toujours facile à régler j'ai mis du temps mais ça marche

J'utilise Pivo pod lite avec mon coach gratuitement depuis plusieurs séances avec l'option Lesson. Depuis peu je suis obligé d'acheter un abonnement mensuel pour continuer alors qu'il est précisé qu'on peut l'utiliser gratuitement.
C'est sûrement une technique commerciale qui est gratuite du début mais nous force par le suite à devoir payer. A moins que ça soit un bug, je suis très mécontente de cette technique froduleuse.

My original tripod was slightly unlevel and Pivo support immediately sent me a new one. Great communication throughout the process.

Il mio Pivo ha presentato problemi di durata della batteria e di collegamento audio durante le lezioni. Mi sono messa in contatto con il supporto online, che è stato rapido e disponibile, mi hanno fatto fare delle prove, sono stati sempre presenti fino a quando sono riusciti (in brevissimo tempo) a risolvere il problema!! fantastici

You lost my Pivo product and your logistics team can not track it. It's been 3 weeks since I purchased my Pivo Product and have received no information.

Outstanding support with a very responsive team.

The problem was what I thought was minor, but support persisted, trying to fully resolve the issue. It appeared there was a malfunction with the unit, so they offered a replacement. It arrived promptly and everything works as intended.
