So far I've been waiting on support

when I purchase the Pivo at the trade show I was told I would get a 1 yr subscription for a Teleprompter which I never got The app is not that same as show. for the amount I paid this was very disappointing.

The Pivo Bot is good the app is great. The option that you have in the apps to customize your videos is great. The Pivot Bot could use more lighting like a ring .

I purchased the PIVO pack for real estate. I have been learning and made my first Dollhouse for a current listing. Things are going well. Dollhouse turned out nice. Still perfecting my skills. So far things are going well.

I felt like I have been cheated on. The product you sell I could have found it for less. One stand broke I feel because of bad design. I do not feel that the product came with training to use it effectively for real estate. Sold a bill of goods that did not add up.

I was told I would get things at the conference and didn't. I didn't get a carrying case with my Pivo. I have an Android phone so I don't get all the apps that was shown to us.

This product was misrepresented from the start. It was sold as an all-in-one social media and video making tool, but none of the promised functions were included or supported after purchase. The apps that were sold as part of the package turned out to be separate apps which had I known, I would not have purchased this. I paid over $700 at a professional convention for something that sells on Amazon for about $250.

The rep who sold it to me has ignored my requests to return the product and only sends video links and inconsistent instructions on training and “app code” emails I never received. I have requested to return three times in 20 days without any response from Pivo. Recently, the rep texted me to see “how it is going?…” after I have asked to return it.

No customer support not even a phone number to call or email to write. They have an “intake” form that, upon completing, there is no email confirmation it was received on their end. There is absolutely no accountability. You should consider other products because this one will leave you with a headache.

Quick and nice replies

When I had an issue with my pivo control unit, customer service were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently and went over and beyond my expectations. I received a new one in the mail within a week. I use my pivo constantly to record my horse training and lessons so I can't live without it now. Thanks Pivo!

I had the pivo on a tripod and if got knocked over and broke instantly. So cheaply made it literally lasted me one use.

The same device sells for under $200 on Amazon, yet I was charged over $500 at a convention, which I only trusted because it was part of a respected professional event.

Customer service has been unresponsive. The representative who sold it to me eventually texted back, telling me to “watch YouTube videos” and that I should have received “emails with app codes,” which I never did (aside from my purchase receipt). Also he NEVER mentioned these apps would be seperate. Despite multiple attempts, no one has helped me with a return or support.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Please do not purchase this product!! You will be left to figure everything out on your own.

This is the best idea for realtors. I guess since I’m an older Realtor, I should have questioned how easy would it be to set up pivo & actually start using it. I’ve had this for almost a month & gone through several of the training videos. I’m still unable to use the AI portion and get it functioning properly.

So unhappy with my purchase.

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me about my issue. So far my experience is horrible with any customer service.
