I ordered a mic and headset and received a remote control.
I have sent numerous requests; some which have been answered; but always replying that it was a fulfilment issue and and they will send out the correct order, along with shipping details asap.
Over 2 weeks gone since my initial order still NO shipping details; still NO product!
NO contact telephone number
to try and sort this out; totally reliant on their support email which are NOT doing their job!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Incredible customer service and the pod works great

I haven’t received it, and bought something else instead.

I initially experienced a much longer delivery time than expected and even requested a cancellation because I had to travel and could not wait to receive the product. However, the team went above and beyond to expedite my order, kept me informed, and made every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I really appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Great product!!

Very temperamental doesn’t like large arenas , doesn’t like anything else around , hates any wind of outside

I love the product.
I ordered a replacement remote on June 10, 2026 and it took 11 days to arrive. I had to pay for shipping so I expected my order to arrive much earlier.

It what be great to have a Day-Pass for the PRO Version

Very good app and easy

I tried to use the QR code in the Quick Start Guide that came with the device. The QR code took me to a site that asked me to set up an account. I went through the process including putting in a credit card number. The site indicated the membership was free but was providing a limited time use of other features that after 30 days I would be charged for if I didn't cancel before the 30 days were up. My credit card company blocked the charge so I stupidly used a different card that worked. The site then took me to something called altsoundcave.com and $2.99 was charged by WobbleBox.com to my credit card. So now I've had to cancel two credit cards for fraud and I'll have to contact all of the auto-pays that go to those cards. A huge waste of time.
In addition, after downloading the correct app from Apple app store, there are no instructions on how to use the device.

Bought a Pivo back in 2023, works wonders! The only issue I faced was a month ago where the video setting wasn't working and was just showing me a black screen. I can happily say that I communicated my problem with the pivo support team and had everything sorted out really quick! I'm was amazed with the positive customer service and how fast they replied to my emails.

Rien de mieux pour se filmer lors d'une séance équestre. J'ai le pivo depuis presque 10 ans, et il fonctionne encore comme s'il était neuf ! Et l'énorme point positif : en cas de beugue, le service technique met tout en œuvre pour résoudre le problème, rapidement, et avec sérieux et professionnalisme.

C'est un très bon produit et ils ont un super support d'aide . J'avais un soucis avec mon pivo . Ils m'ont aidé rapidement à résoudre le problème. Je recommande.

Customer service is great. Top popped off when my daughter was using and they sent a helpful video to reassemble. I use my Pivo every ride to watch my bad riding form in horror, it really helps me see where I need to improve. My trainer can tell me all day long that I’m behind or in front of the vertical but I need to see it.
