The people at Peninsula are great. This is our first experience with H.R. We are older and these things were not necessary when we started our business. Policy Development
Policy Development
As a First Nation signed into a tripartite agreement with the Crown and FMB, we are required by law to adhere to FMB's mandatory components of our Human Resource Policy. Being informed after we signed up that Peninsula will not review FMB requirements or assist in adding them into the development of our new policy is upsetting. As Peninsula adds more First Nation's clients, they will find more FN's signed into the same agreements.

Health and Safety with Anjini

I made a call to the Alberta Labour…
I made a call to the Alberta Labour Standards due to an issue that arose with one of 5 employees I have. I was redirected to Peninsula when I selected the category that appeared to fit my needs. I was given an elaborate high pressure sales pitch over video conferencing which ended with the person waiting on the call while I signed a 5 year contract and returned. I talked him down to one year just to get off the call but now I have a 4000.00 package that I will not use.

New Members
We are brand new to Peninsula but they were very timely with respect to their start up calls and meeting schedules. Unfortunately, I was forced to cancel the start up meetings due to an illness but would anticipate the same level of customer service will be delivered when we reschedule.
In the first introductory phone call I had a personnel issue that Olivia was able to immediately address, which leaves me hopeful with respect to the service and expertise we will receive.
