I have an inspection with WRC and I had no idea where to even start compiling all the info required. I was highly impressed with Patricia O'Malley. She has great interpersonal and communication skills. Her affable demeanour combined with an excellent knowledge of her brief was the catalyst for an enjoyable and educational meeting.
Patricia's presentation was clear, concise and comprehensive. I was very much put at ease that all our health and safety requirements are in the most capable of hands. The Health & Safety meeting isn't the most intriguing meeting in the calendar, yet Patricia made it an enjoyable and interesting hour.

Peninsula are excellent at what they do. In Patricia O'Malley, they have an outstanding ambassador.

Had a follow up to our H+S audit from 2 months ago with Noel from Peninsula. Noel treated us like adults and listened to our concerns about some recomendations and advised us on the paths to take to address them, how to take them and why rather than saying DO THIS OR ELSE. Everything was explained
Noel also conducted training on the software and took the time and effort to go through each section. He is a great communicator and easy to understand and listen to. We were training for over 2 hours but it could have been 2 minutes as he kept it interesting, kept it moving and made it relevant.
He clearly cares about his role but also does his research on his customers. Highly recommended if anyone wants to use this system and ask for Noel for your H+S!

Melissa Draper was very open and spoke to me kindly and in the way I understood. She assisted me in areas i was unsure and provided guide on the best approach for such a situation. She was very professional and turned around the HR documents earlier than agreed. I appreciate her support ​

I explained the situation that has arisen regarding a member of staff. Conor immediately advised the response we should use, short and to the point - contracted to work 39 hrs/week and to shorten this HAS to be by mutual agreement. Our business needs will not be able to accommodate the request by him to take 2 mornings off to ride at another stable.
