Everyone is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Sincerity is very evident in wanting our company to be successful.

As a small company in oil and gas they really aren't worth it. They can rarely help you with safety issues and hr isnt very useful for our industry. I'm currently working with them on my account. They customer service people are always nice but it still lacks understanding of the industry and help in most hr matters.

The initial meeting and then the coordination from our sales rep to get the team to act on our immediate needs was impressive and appreciated.

It's only been a couple days since we signed up, but so far the communication has been excellent!

We had a great meeting with Shar, who was efficient and assisted us with information to upgrade our HR.

Our first meeting with Sy was fantastic! He is an amazing person (great personality, he was very engaged in our conversation and a funny guy too!) Plus, he is very knowledgeable about the services you offer and his follow up has been fantastic.

I have also spoken with Layla and Kelly. Both amazing in there communication and knowledge with me!

So far, everything has been great!

I will be referring your company to other businesses that I work with too!

Onboarding was very easy and all the follow-up's were done by Peninsula to make process easy.

From the initial sales call to the follow-up calls from each sector to get us started, the entire Peninsula team who has worked with us has been outstanding! They are knowledgeable, personable, and understanding of a small non-profit organization. The transition has been easy and the overviews well-done. Very impressed with the service level Peninsula provide and look forward to working with them in the coming months.

My first meeting with what I call a "closer" was my first exposure to your product. It felt rehearsed and marketed much more than personal and relational. I left the in person meeting not knowing much about your product or whether I could trust in it. Upon further research I was disheartened to see you are not listed with Better Buisiness Beuro.

When I called the closer back at the number listed on his email letterhead... The link took me to reception at a car dealership.. I then replied to his email stating my concerns. When he did call me I felt brushed off for asking about BBB and was told "sometimes you just have to trust a company".

I asked for another closer to show me a better side of your company. He met with me and I hesitantly signed up for a one year subscription. I will say I am feeling fatigue from so many contacts and messages obviously targeted to me to keep me engaged. The affect on me is quite the opposite as what I want is your product so can meet my goals as an employer and I'm not interested in being asked at every turn if I have any questions or how you are doing.

Working with Messeret and Nixon helped me understand the areas that I am not protected as an employer with the existing policies and procedures I have in place.

It's taking a little too long to go through onboarding. Our contract started on June 15th yet we still don't have access to Bright or Blip until our onboarding is done

Great onboarding, very organized and great follow through.

The team is very patient in our crazy business. They don't let us drop the ball, constantly following up so things don't get left for too long, but very flexible.

The staff i have delt with have been very helpful and are clear and comprehensive with their information and training.

A personal call was made in 24 hours to welcome us! That's unheard of! The instructions on next steps were clearly laid out as well.
