Great experience, High recommendation
This has been a great experience so far. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, quick service and responses, have a clear structure and are great at taking any stress out of situations. Only thing I took some points off for is there are multiple departments involved in the onboarding process and crazy enough they work so fast that the system doesn't have time to pass on the information to the next department before they call! Highly recommend though

Be very careful to read through the cancellation fees, I had them create some documents for me(they were very poorly written and most likely copied and pasted) I then had to hire someone on fiver to re-write it so it actually made sense to employees. after a few hard years of covid we shuddered our doors and have been running as a one-person show(myself). I have pleaded with them to cancel even stating that it said it was a 6month notice to cancel and they replied that it would cost me $12,000 to cancel. now I'm stuck paying $300/m for no service whatsoever. I would recommend that anyone considering this service read through everything cause the only way out is to pay the full years of the contract in one shot and they will cancel it. because they won't come good for the notice they promise.

Urgent to close, not urgent to onboard
Think it is a great product, but ultimately the pressure sales tactics is less than welcomed. I understand building a sense of urgency is sales 101, but to say that prices will all of a sudden increase if we do not sign is ridiculous. There are three of us, and while some of us recognize this for what it is, one of us was stressed about the whole situation. This information should be upfront (if prices were actually increasing), especially if according to the sales rep it "hasn't happened in two years". I would expect this announcement to be fairly material, and not be communicated to us two days before the "signing deadline".
We are also disappointed that the first meeting the with consultant is over a month after signing - as the earliest option.
That said, the people I've interacted to set up the meetings were nice and professional.

It was a bit of a bumpy start
It was a bit of a bumpy start. I am starting a new dental practice. So I don’t have any employees yet. Even so I was encouraged to get started with Peninsula so that we could get some documentation started prior to hiring staff. An ideal timeline was laid out. Once on-boarding started my first meetings were scheduled for a month out - much further ahead than our ideal timeline had planned. I was frustrated because money is very tight starting a new business and paying for a month of services I wouldn’t use wasn’t optimal. I said as much and customer service representative reached out with an offer for two months at no cost. Excellent. Pressure off. Ready to get going. Thank you.

Beware!!! Providing confidential information to other companies
Beware of this company! I contacted them once with a question over 2 years ago and since then have been continually harassed by their sales staff. Weekly phone calls. I've spoken to numerous managers asking for the harassing phone calls to stop and my private information to be destroyed. They have ignored this and continued to harass me. Last week I spoke to a manager who assured me they would stop and this week I receive another sales call from a different company who told me that Peninsula provided them with my personal and confidential private home phone number for additional sales calls!

Great demo, poor actual service
I thought the demonstration and explanation of the services was well done, however I have been immediately disappointed by the level of service I have received during the on-boarding process. I am extremely disappointed that I am being charged monthly services immediately upon signing up, while I cannot even be "on-boarded" for a month from the sign up date. I feel that I was mislead into believing that I would have full access to your services right away. Had I known it would take over 1 month to receive employment contracts I would have taken my business elsewhere.
