I received a call back from one of your advice line agents within a couple of hours.
Anupam asked a number of clarifying questions and actively listened to my responses. It was clear that he had actually read the documentation package that I had sent in advance to Peninsula prior to contacting me.
Accordingly, the advice he gave was very helpful and we were able to decide on an action plan in good time taking all stakeholders into account.

Terrible customer service! They use contract handcuff tactics to trap you into a ridiculously expensive term and will not allow you out. Stay away!
