Nelux, is an awful company in my opinion based on my experience! I ordered lip plumper from them in June. I never received my product! I contacted their customer service, I was told they would not refund my money because they had shipped my product. They told me my product was stoped by customs. I was very confused as to how that was my problem. They offered to send out the product again which they said would be free of charge but in all actuality I feel it is not free of charge because I paid for a product I NEVER received! Their company in my opinion is a scam!!! I paid $40 for nothing! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

I have orders different products from this brand and they all are better then expected.
I used the lash serum 2 months now and the difference is crazy!
The eye patches are cooling, soft and hydrating. I have really sensitive skin around my eyes. I can’t use every kind of eye patch because of that, but this… I love it!
The blush is beautiful, you just need a small amount to put a beautiful subtle color on your skin.
I’m curious and excited if Nelux will bring more and new products, because I will definitely try then out!

I have the lip plumper, eye patches and the blush, and they’re really amazing!
The lip plumper is spicy, but the result can’t be described in words. You have to try it!
The blush is very subtle, and gives a beautiful glow! It’s very easy to use and blends perfectly!
And the eye patches are really hydrating and calming for your eyes. A perfect relax moment.

Best products!
I have the lash serum, blush and eye patches from Nelux. I love every product.
The cream blush is well pigmented, easy to blend and gives a beautiful color.
The eye pads are hydrating and refreshing. Fit is good. Before use I put them in the freezer for an optimal result.
The lash serum makes my lashes longer and thicker, used many serums but this one works best for me.

It worked great for me!
I keep seeing reviews about intense burning and pain, but I didn’t experience any of that. I don’t have sensitive skin, I didn’t feel like my lips were on fire, and I definitely didn’t need to grab ice or worry about a health warning. For me, it just gave a warm tingling — nothing crazy — and within a few minutes, my lips looked noticeably fuller. Maybe everyone’s skin reacts differently, but I’ve used it multiple times now with no issues. Honestly, I’m not sure why some people are having such a strong reaction. All I know is: it works, it looks great, and I’m sticking with it!

I was truly horrified with the intense burning pain I had when I used the gloss, I honestly felt my lips were on fire. The pain literally lasted for around 10 mins, I do not have sensitive skin and have never had such a painful reaction to any other product before. The results are really not worth the pain.

This should come with a health warning
This stung like someone had rubbed the hottest hot peppers on my lips, It made hot, hurt like hell and continued burning for a good 10 minutes after i wiped it off and applied ice. Of course your lips would swell 🤦🏽♀️

I ordered the lash serum, the Black Tea eye patches, and the Hyaluronic Lip Plumper. And honestly, I’m impressed with all three!! You can really tell that Nelux puts thought into both their ingredients and their packaging. Everything feels high-quality and luxe, and I love it. 💗
Extra tip: I love putting the eye patches in the fridge for a little bit and applying them in the morning for the EXTRA cooling effect, perfect for depuffing. ✨

My brows are fuller & healthier.
I’ve been using the lash serum for about two months now, mostly on my brows but also a little on my lashes and honestly, i’m so impressed with the results. My brows definitely look fuller and healthier, so I also gave it to my mum for mothersday.
I also have the new lip product, and I love using it whenever I feel like giving my lips that extra little boost or just that healthy, plumpy look. It’s spicy 🌶️ but I’m a big fan! Would definitely recommend, nelux really surprised me in the best way.
