I'm very happy with Nelux, the product is great, a little painful the 1st time I used it but it was so worth it. It came well wrapped, I was impressed with that and I didn't have to wait very long either. Janice was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the whole process. All in all, I am very pleased.

Do NOT buy from this company. I had a severe reaction from the lip plumper and I’ve had lip injections in the past and have never had issues with any other plumping product. I feel this company is fraudulent. I Never signed up for any autopay yet PayPal informed me after placing the order I must have automatically been set up. I would have never known this unless I opened a dispute with the company through PayPal. I opened one of the 5 tubes I received and had a severe reaction so I emailed them and customer service told me to try less of the product and basically refused me a refund although 4 packages are completely unopened!!! I’m very upset. I should have read other reviews first but saw their ad on Facebook and got baited. Don’t Fall for the few good reviews. They are probably employees of the company or paid review writers!!
