So disappointed with the lip plumper! It burned but most plumpers do so not even talking about that - but what I was sad about was there was NO plumping to be seen. After 10-15 minutes my lips were bright red and looked angry but the exact same size they were preapplication. They stayed red for several hours and did not change in lip size. Total waste of money.

I reached out to this company, the company know my situation and were nothing but amazing eapecially Janice!!! Thank you to your beautiful friendly service.

Janice made me feel heard and helped me with my issue with speed and grace.

This product hurts like hell. Feels like getting stung by bees on your lips or like rubbing hot peppers on your lips. Its more than a spicy feeling. I tried to keep it on for 10 minutes and I only made it about 4 minutes. Lips were bigger but felt swollen and they had a reddish tint to them, felt like chemical burns. All in all I don't think it was worth the money.

DO NOT BUY. I applied the lip plumper and almost immediately wiped it off. It is the worst pain you could ever feel and the pain doesn’t go away for close to 30 minutes. I’ve had injections, I’ve dissolved my lips and nothing compares to the pain this lip plumper does to you. I tried contacting anyone but no one responds. I’m scared my lips will be burned with some sort of unknown chemical. Absolute worst pain.

Unfortunately this product DOES NOT deliver the results it promises. I applied the lip plumper and my lips were on fire for about 15 mins. Once the burning stopped, they were plump for 20 minutes and that was it.

Had a concern about an order, I usually don’t email businesses but Janice responded quickly providing me with all the information I needed!

I had a little issue with my package, and Janice with Nelux support was amazing with helping me out and walking me through the process to getting my package. She was super sweet, and very patient with me. Got back to me Very quickly, and that really helped with the stress of everything, knowing I had someone helping me figure it out and not just blowing me off. Amazing customer support!! 😊

This lip product does not plump. My lips only turned super red and it’s really hot for no reason.

I bought a couple of the lip pumper and I used just one and I didn’t like the way it looked. It didn’t give what the advertisement was so I contacted them to return the other ones that were unopened unpacked and still in that clear plastic wrapping they do have a return policy and all I was getting was tips and tricks on how to use the product and then a 20 percent discount on my next order which I wasn’t gonna place another order customer service is horrible. They just forced you to keep items you don’t want even though they have a return policy. Buyers beware!!

I’m sorry but this was the most painful thing I have ever put on my lips including a needle with lip filler in it. I have never experienced this much pain from a lip plumper. It should not even be on the market in my opinion. It put me in the ER. I had to hold ice on my lips for 15 min straight until the burning and the feeling like someone was plunging a hot knife into my lips to subside. I am still feeling a burning pain but not as intense as when first applied. I hate having to make a bad review, but this was warranted. In this case, lip filler is 100% less painful than this product. Also, beauty is NOT pain as some of the users of this product are saying if they are even real reviews. Getting lip filler injections or even just a simple lip flip is 10000000000 times less painful and worth the money over this product!!

I had high expectations for the products and they definitely exceeded them all. They're so cute and comfortable to use. Each product feels fresh and relaxing on your skin. I declare myself a NELUX girl!

Well, I'd like to say I order Feb 6th (2026) it's Feb 17th, And since February 10th the tracking says it's been at the LA airport! 😂🤣 Driving distance. I live at least about 5 hours away from La. There would be no reason why this package would still not be in my house but then when I checked my email they emailed me 2 days ago saying that it was delivered! But then I go back today to check and they are telling me that it's still in Los Angeles! I will be getting my money back! I will have my husband call his bank and have him write it off as fraud! 🤷🏻‍♀️ We don't play about our money.

PAINFUL! Within 30 seconds my lips felt like they were on fire and I needed an ice pack! I’ve used many lip plumpers that are warm and tingly. This product causes physical distress. I will never ever purchase again!

This lip plumper is the worse product i ever got

I have emailed about a week ago (today being Feb 9, 2026) and have sent them a message on Instagram and have not received a response. I placed the order January 17, 2026. On January 29th was the last update on the tracking, stopped in NJ. I’m very disappointed I spent about $80 to never receive my package or a response.
This says they are in Kissimmee, FL but the tracking shows it comes from China. Another Lie
