Product was ok. Didnt opt for subscription. Looked at account and no payments or products being shipped, though been charged. Unable to unsubscribe and no means to contact thrm (chat doesnt eork and no options to contact. Dubious at best.

This is a scam subscription service. It will not be made clear that you are signing up to a subscription when you make your purchase. By the time you realise they have taken another payment. When you go to cancel the subscription the cancellation ‘button’ online doesn’t work. Customer service is non existent. These people are not operating in a fair and transparent manner. They are ripping you off. Do not buy!

Avoid this scam. Awful product and even when bought as a one off it ties you into a subscription and very difficult to cancel as the page crashes.

Fragrance is nice but the product is not consistent. I bought several for my family at Christmas. All of were great and lasted months. Order one for my car and it had no smell at all. I wrote the company and they quickly responded saying they were sending a replacement. They never sent the replacement and have not responded to any of my emails asking the status of the replacement. There is no phone number to contact customer service. I would be leary about subscribing to a monthly subscription when their customer service is dishonest and lacks integrity.

This is an absolute piece ----- company that is a total scam. You cannot just order one product. I found out that they require a subscription, and after recharging me I went back to my profile to cancel my subscription. they then CHARGED ME AGAIN for the third time and I couldn't even get AmEx to cancel this (dispute ongoing). Note that they do not have any customer service or any way of reaching them. Their products smell heavily synthetic and thankfully it only lasts like 2 days.

Unless you want $60 every three months to go down the drain, I'm warning you, do not buy anything from this company. I can only hope that this scam type business model that capitalizes on you unsuccessfully unsubscribing from their products goes out of business very quickly

Smells great and doesn't hurt your health

Awful product. I followed all the instructions that came with the air freshers and it’s caused damage to my sun visor and the fabric has rippled and I’m going to have to buy another one! Would not recommend at all!

Absolutely no scent to the fragrance I got. Got 1 for me and one for son. Have had in car for a week and can’t smell a thing. What a waste of money!!!!!!!

Do Not order from this company. They send you a new scent each month and will not let you cancel. But they charge your credit card each month without fail. I stay on the phone with my credit card company. Every month since January 2026.

Ordered 2 packs and only received 1. Customer service completely ignored my emails. The scent lasted about 3 days—basically useless. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

I unfortunately made a purchase March 2026 for 2 Drift car scent wood blocks as per the special offer as a one off purchase.
I only have had 1 arrive so far. They have now billed me again 8th April( even though I haven’t subscribed)and another lot is now apparently on its way. I can’t get to cancel the subscription as there is no option to do so. I’m so upset that they have stolen my money without any regard for the customer.

These Drift room and car deodorizers are incredible! I hv one in each car and a room gadget in the living room and the bedroom. The scents are light and barely noticeable but they are there in the background. Love them.

Placed an order , went missing never arrived, waited ages no reply, emailed in saying please cancel as they confirmed it must be lost in post - order hadnt been processed , sent another one despite asking for it to be cancelled - It was a one off order and they wont reply to my emails were ive requested them to cancel any subcription services they slyly sign you up on and now they have taken more money from my bank!

Scent WAY too strong. Tricked into subscription. After you finally get to last cancellation page, the cancel button DOESN'T WORK. Then you go to AI chat and it forwards you to an agent who will only get to you in 24 HOURS. TRASH COMPANY.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase, Order #DR110795655.

Firstly, thank you for the prompt delivery. I have now installed the product (“Drift Smelly”) exactly in accordance with the instructions provided. However, I am disappointed to report that the product does not perform as advertised.

After fully cleaning and preparing my vehicle, I installed the unit correctly. Upon returning to the car approximately two hours later, there was no detectable fragrance whatsoever—only the original scent of the car interior. This falls significantly short of your advertised claim that the product provides a noticeable fragrance lasting up to two weeks.

Given this, I am concerned that the item supplied may be faulty or not of satisfactory quality.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

In this case, the product appears to fail on all three counts, as it does not deliver the fundamental function for which it is sold.

I would appreciate clarification on how you intend to resolve this matter. I would expect, at a minimum, either:
• A replacement product, or
• A full refund

Please confirm how you wish to proceed within a reasonable timeframe. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

This month's air freshener of oranges lasted only a week in my car where as the previous 2 months are still giving off a strong fragrance in my house
So very disappointed. I just hope this is a one off and any future scents will last longer than a week
Thinking of transferring one of my previous wooden blocks back into my car !

Nice scents but last a week or so.
No subscription reminders so they take your money and run without being able to change scents.
So expensive for what they are and take an age to arrive. Will stick to cheap bog standard car fresheners from now on

I’m highly disappointed in this company I came across them on instagram decided to try them ok the first delivery went fine.then on my 2nd attempt I noticed they started charging my card for monthly billing which I never subscribe to anything! I used 2 different card and they hit both of my card then one of the card they hit 2x in this month for $19 & $30 so annoyed and wish I never ordered from them ! They will steal your money do not order from them. I also recommend them to my friend on my first try and guess what they also hit her card for monthly billing and she also did not subscribe to anything! This is called fraud if you do not have a customer’s consent for monthly billing you should not steal peoples money ! Are you that Thristy for money

I have ordered most of your items. They smell so good. Amber is one of my favs but I know more is to be tried. My house smells so good
